They replaced a bath tub with a walk in shower. Its beautiful. They worked with us on the budget and in getting it done quickly. The install was quick and easy, one day and the install team were professional and respectful of our home. They even cleaned up before they left. Definitely made the right choice with Bath Planet of Iowa.

Bath Planet answered questions, did amazing work and a few repairs included in the estimate. The representative was polite, responded to all our questions and we really felt cared for. The installer was dedicated, courteous, and worked from beginning to end in one day. We are very satisfied with the final product and tell our friends and family and neighbors about your terrific product and installation.

The representative that came to talk to us about installing our shower was very informative and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. I'm not going to say there were no problems at all, but Chris, with Bath Planet of Central Iowa was super about making everything right and to give me the bathroom I wanted. I'd been wanting a walk in shower for almost 3 years and I've never been so happy to have a company that was good to their word. Beautiful job!!! I would recommend them to anyone that wants a great job done.

The before pic is too heinous to show. BathPlanet revived bathroom in a condo we recently acquired. Gone is the 40+ year old tub-shower combo with its extensive mineral and rust staining and in its place is a new, sleek, and easily accessible shower. Thank you, BathPlanet!

Just had BathPlanet change my old tub/shower into a much safer walk-in shower. Dave explained the procedure and offered several options and Micheal did a fantastic job of tearing out the old tub and installing the new shower in one day of work. Had a great experience with the sell and install. Had a question about changing the showerhead and that took a couple of weeks to get a hold of someone who could answer my question. Overall highly recommend this company.

Our project included tearing out an old shower with a river rock & grout floor and tile surround. The amount of work to get all of that broken up and down to the studs was incredible. More than 20 large bags of debris to haul off! The 1 to 1-1/2 day project became a 3 day project, and our installer worked on his own. He was amazing! Very professional, very pleasant, and very conscientious about cleaning up a very large mess. And now we have a beautiful, clean, up-to-date shower! This is quite the investment, but their people and the quality made it worthwhile. We will recommend them.

Bath Planet replaced my tub with a walk in shower. My installer was very professional and consulted me about every option. The shower looks great and is very roomy and comfortable. This was not a cheap remodel but was competitively priced and a good value considering labor and merchandise. However, do not believe the sales rep when he tells you that it will be a one day installation. Initial installation took two days and waiting for final finishing took over a month.

I was amazed to watch as, in less than 7 hours, my salmon colored tub disappeared and was replaced by a beautiful walk-in shower. The installer was courteous and professional, and graciously allowed me to take pictures at every step. Everything was cleaned up and he just left me with a new shower, no mess. I have been very happy with the finished project and would recommend them to anyone who is considering having something like this done. From the initial contact I had with this company to the follow-up phone conversation, I have been very impressed with Bath Planet of Central Iowa.

Did a decent to ok job, lied about the financing I could get, left messy caulking I called to have them fix it they scheduled an appointment then never showed up will show up do the minimum to make it look nice, but right now that is the problems iv had. I even called 4 times now for a sales rep they keep saying one will call me back and obviously nothing has happened, yes it looks good untill you dig into the job they did, ghosted me on the follow up apointment lied about the financial part idk im so torn with them right now thumb 👎

We had a walk in shower installed. He tore out the old tub, enclosure and doors. Replaced all the plumbing. The installer was on time and was finished in one day. He cleaned up the area (the bathroom and also the work are in the garage very well). He was very efficient and did a wonderful job. The salesman was also very good at helping us make decisions. We love our new shower and will definitely recommend your company to our friends.

My project entailed replacing a tub/shower from the original build (1984) with an updated tub/shower. The outcome is beautiful! All completed in one day! Financing was provided so I can enjoy it w/o charges if paid in full within the allotted time.

Logan was great even got me a better price then I thought! Excited to see the finished product. The final product was great. Definitely NOT a 1 day bath remodel this was a 3 week bath remodel. But the shower does look great!

I was having a difficult time finding local workers to replace a bathtub with a walk-in shower unit. Bath Planet arranged for installers, permits, etc. to provide the accessible shower that was needed. There were many choices of looks and price points. It really brightened up a small space.

The representative explained throughly and had many pictures to choose from for our change over. We needed to change to shower for safety. In less than 3 weeks the installer had it done. He arrived at 9am and done 5pm. We are very happy with the clean fresh look of our bathroom and we are safer. He cleaned up and cleared away all debris. We recommend Bath Planet.

Bath Planet has been very good to deal with. The installation went smoothly and the shower looks so beautiful. Our installer was very nice and came when he said he would. So glad we got a “Fair” deal!

We had a great experience with Bath Planet. Their sales representatives were friendly and helped us get a great deal compared to a competitor. The installation only took a day and they were very responsive to a couple of concerns I had about the installation after the fact. The same guy who installed our new shower surround called me and came to the house to fix one minor sealing issue and answer my questions about the sealing on the walls. The shower looks beautiful. We are very happy.

My only real issue was with customer service over the phone. The first phone call we received after requesting a quote online the person just didn’t have very good phone communication and it was such an awkward call. Then we never received the confirmation call the night the sales reps were coming to do the quote. So I was thinking in the beginning this is going to be a train wreck. But once we got connected with the reps things moved smoother. I always tried to reach someone at the local office when I called after that.

Cancy, the designer, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during her visit with us to get a new tub replacement and shower install for my in-laws. She was incredibly easy to work with and would get answers to questions if she didn't have the immediate response. She was thorough and we are happy with our selection of design. She explained the process very well so that we have a good understanding of what to expect of the next steps. I will follow up with a review after the install but so far so good. Product is great, install a nightmare. I had to cut a hole in my dining room ceiling as the drain was not attach in main bath & they put a hole in dining room ceiling when installing master shower which also leaked. After a month the ceiling still isn't repaired.

Did a tub to walk-in shower conversion. The installer, Eric B., did an outstanding job. His attention to detail went beyond what I had figured would happen. He took time to explain the higher quality materials they use, versus other installers in the area. Very very pleased. Highly recommend

Our new shower was installed in one day. The installer did a great job - worked straight thru without taking any breaks. The shower is beautiful and SO much nicer than our old one.
