Constraction reviews in Urbandale, Iowa

Excellent, crew showed up early. Started tearing off my roof by 7:30 am done by 2:30 did a great job, cleaned up property. Jason in the office easy to work with explained everything so I did not have any questions. Good variety of colors for shingles. Choices on products for prices and durability. Very pleased.

Wagoner Roofing did an amazing job on our home. Patrick was great to work with. It’s simple to get a quote and it was reasonably priced. The roofing team was excellent. The old shingles were removed and replaced with modern black shingles in a day! They cleaned up the mess and even cleaned the gutters! Highly recommended. Give ‘em a call.

Andres went above and beyond for us! He was kind, happy, hard-working and got the job done right away. We are super happy about our experience with Wagoner Roofing—Becky is cheerful and friendly as the receptionist, Justin Wagoner is wonderful to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the work performed by Andres! Highly recommend these guys😊

Wagoner roofing replaced our two-story roof in roughly 7 hours. Jason oversaw the project and we just adore him. The crew showed up on time and Jason shortly after to oversee the initial installation. Everything was perfectly cleaned and spotless so you couldn't even tell we had our roof replaced that day. I would highly recommend Wagoner roofing.

We were very pleased with Wagoner roofing from the initial estimate to the final product. Blake and his team were very easy to work with, respectful of us and our property, price was right and they did a great job on the roof installation. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you so much for our new house! It looks great! I’m glad you came around after the hail damage. I didn’t have a clue where to start.

Awesome experience with Hartman Meints and Wagoner Roofing! Leaking roof caused me to seek out some referrals and lucky for me I know Hartman's parents. Hartman was super professional and courteous. Quickly identified the problem and promised to get back to me soon with a time to come back out and fix my roof...and he did exactly what he said he would! Identified the problem on Monday, roof repaired on Friday of that same week. Super easy. Not surprised he comes from a great family!

Blake and his crew did excellent job installing our new roof! It was smooth process. Definitely looks 100% better.

Jason from Wagoner Roofing and Construction worked wonders on the exterior and roof of our home after a Spring of multiple hail storms. Jason gladly handled much of insurance legwork, meeting inspectors and walking our roof multiple times. After picking new materials, Wagoner craftsman swooped in and replaced our roof, siding and gutters. The crew was courteous and clean, leaving our property spotless. Highly recommend! Our neighbor saw Wagoner's work ethic and attention to detail first hand and also hired them.

Eric and Patrick originally stopped by after our town was hit by hail and asked to look at our roof. After verifying we indeed had hail damage they worked well with our insurance company to get everything finalized and make sure everyone was on the same page. Eric was very involved in the process as the rep and made sure we knew exactly when they would be there and what to expect. Once the work was complete he made sure we were happy with the work and the process. Would recommend to anyone that is needing new roofing for any job.

This Company is Fantastic. Quick and very friendly. Justin even showed up a day early to fix some lost shingles. Highly recommend.!!

We had a new roof installed today by Wagoner Roofing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof. Their crew was incredibly professional, dedicated, and hard-working. They arrived at 6:30 AM to prep and stayed until 8:30 PM to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard.

They thoroughly cleaned the yard, patio, and driveway multiple times to remove any stray nails and even took the time to put all our patio furniture and plants back in place.

Eric, the sales representative, was here in the morning to see that the crew was set up properly and returned later in the day to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. Great service from start to finish!

Excellent communication while working with Wagoner Roofing. They are knowledgeable and worked directly with my insurance company. Fully replaced my roof in one day. Quality of work is outstanding!

From the moment I first spoke with Patrick at Wagoner Roofing, I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication made a strong first impression. Patrick took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and ensured the job was done with great care and attention to detail. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Patrick and the team at Wagoner Roofing—you won’t be disappointed!

Patrick was wonderful to work with! We were purchasing a new home and he worked with us to get the roof done timely after we moved in. The whole process was efficient and the roof looks wonderful! Would highly recommend.

The work was absolutely incredible! 12 days from estimate to job done. My neighbor said it was the fastest and best work he has ever seen. Thank you Eric and your crew.

I Cannot express enough gratitude to the staff of Wagoner Roofing and Construction on repairs to our home after the Hail Storm of May 2023.

Before anything they come on-site and went over the insurance information with us. Insurance adjustment reports are not easy to interpret without experience.

They kept us up to date with schedules and deliveries. Then, when additional damages were discovered, they took care of working with the adjuster to get it fixed right.

The craftsmanship looks beautiful, the crews were friendly, and the attention to clean up after each phase left the grounds immaculate.

Wagoner Roofing and Construction was recommended to me and I will recommend them to my friends and family in the future.

Great people to work with. New roof and gutters with gutter guards look great. They also put in new windows. Trim looks fantastic on those. Patrick was extremely helpful with navigating insurance for me and checking on the work being done. Just really nice people and quality work. I would totally recommend them.

Where do I start?! All I can say is WOW! I truly am at a loss for words!
Wagoner and their team were amazing from estimate to finish! Patrick and Becky made it easy when dealing with the insurance process and provided excellent communication during the course of it all. We even had a wood rotted porch covering that insurance did not cover, unfortunately. Patrick and the team made sure we didn't have to pay anything extra out of pocket for it and far exceeded our expectations for repairs.
The guys came and did our siding, gutters and roof. It looks spectacular! The crew was polite and respectful, and they wasted no time getting it all done in a total of 3 days! I still can't believe the transformation it has overcome. Holy freakin cow!! 😁😍
These guys truly care about their customers and they take care of their Veterans %100! 🇺🇲 "Forged by Faith. Built with Pride. "

I just want to thank everyone at Wagoner again! I fall in love with my home more and more each time I see it and it's all thanks to Wagoner Roofing and Construction!

I couldn't be happier with the service of this company and crew. It started when I had several patches on my roof. I was looking for a roofer who would actually return my calls. They came, saw exposed wood, and put a seal over it to protect it from the rain. They were patient while I decided what to do. When I decided to get estimates, they beat everyone in price. Loved working with Jason. Then when there were a couple things after the install that concerned me, he addressed them right away. So happy!

Wagoner Roofing is always prompt and professional. It's refreshing to have a local business focused on doing the right thing and going above and beyond to take care of their customers. 5+ stars!
