I had a real electric mess in my home. The panel box was unsafe and items that should have been on dedicated lines were on split lines causing the breakers to snap, my outlets were not grounded and my home was not up to code. I obtained other estimates for the work that needed to be done but Lux, although not the cheapest, was very reasonable and my discussion of my needs with Dustin put me at ease believing what needed to be done would be done. Dustin, Jesse and two apprentices showed up at my home everyday at the time they said they would. My panel box had to be moved and Dusty gave me options for doing this with one costing lesser than the other. At every step Dustin advised me on what could be done and what couldn't and if their were choices he provided that information to me let me decide. I had all sorts of wires hanging from my ceiling in the basement and he cleaned that up completely which was over and above what he said he would do. He fixed things I didn't even know needing fixing. Dustin stayed true to his estimate even though as he was working their were some issues he did not count on.
Dustin , Jesse and the apprentices were knowledgeable, honest, polite and respectful. I am not one to provide undeserving praise but Dustin and his crew deserve my highest praise. I would and recommend Lux Electric to anyone. They are wonderful.

Dusty did a great job with the electrical work I needed done at my house. He got me on the schedule right away, arrived on time, went above and beyond with the work, charged a fair price and was professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to use him again!

I can't believe how lucky I was finding Lux Electric. The owner's name is Dusty. Not only did he and his team do an amazing job on getting a 240 volt 50 amp outlet in my garage. When the inspector was done he said to me you hired the right person to do the job.

That really impressed me. What also impressed me was I wanted an outlet to hook up a heater in our garage. When he got done installing the outlet ad mentioned that I was probably going to go to Menards and look for one. So about half an hour later I'm at Menards and guess who's in the aisle seeing if there's a heater he can recommend for me? Yep! it was Dusty. He picked out a heater for me that was perfect for my budget and we went out to his truck and he wired it up for me since it had to be hardwired. All I had to do was go home and plug it in.

Keep in mind he was doing this in the back of his truck outside in the parking lot of Menards while it was 5° outside.

In the process of selling my home and Dusty helped install a new chandelier and also did an electrical inspection. I have worked with him multiple times and he is professional and very reasonably priced! Always happy with his service!

Mr Electric got out to us right away when we had a tree limb come down and damage the powerline connection to our home. They were able to fit us in without an emergency trip charge and get the work done in a couple hours. The work was challenging but Mike and his team were able to get everything done and even called midamerican for us to let them know to come and reconnect the power to our house. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Brian and Sam just left my house after fixing my ceiling fan and it is working great! The fan is over 20 years old and had outdated wiring and the guys were able to figure out how to fix it and did so. We had just called Mr. Electric yesterday afternoon to make an appointment and they were here the next day and very prompt. They also went through and looked at all the wiring and electrical plugs/hookups and gave us recommendations of what could be updated. I highly recommend these guys for your electric needs. Brian and Cole did an exceptional job fixing our problem and updating our GFIs. They explained everything they were going to do and showed me everything they did. Very professional!

Called Mr. Electric and they sent Brian out the same day! Brian was extremely kind and professional. He didn’t think dry wall would need to be cut in order to complete the job but it turned out it did. He explained everything thoroughly and why it needed to be cut in order to prevent drilling blindly through the floor behind the wall. I’m very happy with the services provided and would call Brian again for anything electrical related to my home.

Brandon and Brian did an excellent job installing new light fixtures at our business. We have been having problems for months with some of our fixtures and many places in the building were incredibly dark and then all of a sudden today it’s like the Lord said let there be light. Thanks guys

We called to have a 50 amp installation placed for our RV trailer and to have some outlets repaired. Mike Ford, of Mr. Electric, came over to inspect our home and to make the repairs and do the installation. In the process Mike found we had some serious electrical problems that if left as is, posed a serious risk for fire. We are grateful that Mike found these problems and fixed everything in addition to the other repairs/additions he made.
