We have lived in a new house with the flooring less than 4 years old. Flooring is coming apart and is at different angels. I have been informed by Royal Flooring that that is normal, nothing can be done. Two people live in the house and work full-time, I would hate to think if a family of 4 or 5 had this product with what we have been told. They seem to not stand behind the products they sell. Buyer beware for dang sure. Shop around for dang sure. PLEASE CHECH with the BBB before buying,many complaints have been filed with them and they will be getting another soo . Product they sell less than 4 years old and will have to be replaced.

Andrea Schroeder was so helpful in the purchase of the blinds for our home. She came to our home, took measurements, and gave her design expertise on which style would flow with the decor of our home. She was always so quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. The installer was also wonderful and was done very quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love our new blinds.
