The Air duct cleaning service I obtained from this company far exceeded my expectations in both quality and timeliness. I would definitely contact them again if I ever had the need to because of how concerned they seemed about my happiness.

They installed a water heater. Work completed was great and the price was in line with other bids I received. I will definitely use again.

DO NOT USE Central Iowa Mechanical for any needs. I have a home warranty and would have OBVIOUSLY went through that but because I was told it would be no charge since it was so close to their last service date ( it was 40 days and they gaurantee 30) I went with them.
3+ months later I get a bill that states if not paid it will go to collections and this is the first time I heard about it.

The team members were all professional and polite. Their work was of very good quality and the work site was left in great condition. This group demonstrated great efficiency and effectiveness in their work.

We replaced our whole system this winter and the service provided was second to none. Whatever questions I had were answered via email, text, or phone call in a very timely manner. My house was left in perfect condition after the install and the tech walked me through the wi-fi thermostat which was a huge addition for us. The price was the best, the Trane equipment is awesome, and the service is amazing...Now call them!
