Charlotte did my normal cleaning yesterday and she did fantastic! The house looks and smells terrific. This is as clean as it's been in a while. She is polite, courteous, diligent and has an acute attention to detail. I hope she can be our cleaner every time. Hats off to Charlotte! 😊

The Cleaning Authority is great to work with. They always do an amazing job! I’m a single father of three with two dogs and a cat and coming home to a clean house is an amazing feeling. I’ve used other services in the past and find The Cleaning Authority pricing to be very competitive. You really can’t go wrong if you decide to use them.

They have done a wonderful job for me. Plus they are so flexible and the cleaning crews are so friendly. I highly recommend them

Late August, I had an appointment with the owner and I signed up for weekly service. He said he couldn't get me in that week or likely the following. So I waited to hear back, expecting a start date shortly after Labor Day. Very end of September, I called them as I have yet to receive a call back and was told scheduler would call me back. I am on business day 4 since that phone call and they still have not called me back. If they do not have the capability at this time to handle new customers, they should not have us sign agreements and put us on wait lists, instead. Very disappointing as we really needed to get our home deeply cleaned and maintained weekly all of Septemeber and October.

We get our house cleaned every other week and it's been great. It takes a load off our minds to have everything get scrubbed, mopped, and vacuumed on a regular basis! The team is always professional and does a good job.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for quite some time and are very pleased with them Today Tiffany came and beautifully cleaned our 4 bedroom house BY HERSELF in less than 2 hours. Truly an awesome job. Very happy customers here.

The three ladies that came to my house yesterday were professional, got so much done and were so quick. They were friendly, respectful and did a great job. They will be coming bi-weekly and I couldn't be happier.

We received a thorough cleaning today by two efficient and pleasant women. All clean and sparkling once again.

The cleaners were pleasant and worked hard. The most impressive part was that I forgot to leave a door open for them. The owner rearranged the schedule and had them return later when I was home. He solved a problem I created.

Colleen was by herself (no partner today), and she did a EXCELLENT job of cleaning and shining up the entire house! She did outstanding work and paid close attention to detail! It was like walking into a brand-new home when she finished! And I felt bad that she had to do everything herself. But I think I got a more thorough cleaning with her alone! Excellent worker!!

I love how clean my house is after this company comes. The girls are always so nice and polite! I 10/10 recommended them. However, it took some time for me to get on the schedule because the owner is definitely slow. I tried to take my experience with him out of the picture while leaving this review.

I've used The Cleaning Authority for years now and have refered several friends and family. I'm used to my living room blankets folded and, on the couch, toilet paper shaped into triangles, bathroom towels folded. Little things like that make me happy. This may seem silly, but it means a lot to me.

Let me tell you these ladies are phenomenal! Always on time. Smiling faces and aim to please. I have 2 young kids which are very messy and these ladies are very detailed and don’t miss a spot. I love working with this company. I love that they can be flexible and I can always count on someone cleaning my house. I have guests that come once and a while to stay and if I need an extra clean or switch a day/time, they can accommodate. You won’t go wrong with choosing them for your cleaning service!
