Josh took us through the whole process from start to finish. Was very pleased with integrity and honesty. Very reasonably priced on extras we added through construction process. He was always available when we had questions or concerns. Not once did he ever not answer a text message or phone call he was always there. Always got the feeling he really cared about finished product.

Josh did an amazing job on our remodel and addition on the home I grew up in. We asked for several custom apsects, he was able to take my “Pinterest” ideas and make them reality! He created a perfect combination of new and old, allowing us to keep some of the old farm house characteristics of what it was and updating it at the same time!

Things started a little rough on our project due to subs not staying on schedule. This happens sometimes in construction projects, there is only so much a general can control, but a general can make decisions that change the course of a project. This is what Josh did and the final result was amazing! Josh took action and responsibility, thus changing this review from a 1 to a 5. As a small business owner and contractor, his actions on our project were exactly what needed to be done to satisfy his customer and provide a finished product that is fantastic....I highly recommend him and his team.

My husband and I built our first home with Josh. So when we had an opportunity to build a second home we went to Complete Construction. Our experience was so good with our first build we built our second home with him. The quality of his homes and of his subcontractors is hard to beat. Anytime we had a concern or question he always promptly responded by calling or via text. We were never left wondering if things were being taken care of. We were in our new home 8 months after the tornado without having to sacrifice any quality of craftsmanship they did a great job.

Complete Construction did an absolutely phenomenal job. Both Josh and Jason were very responsive any time we needed them or had a question. We wanted a modern farmhouse and they absolutely nailed it. We got quotes from a couple of companies to have gutters, roof and siding put on our house and Complete Construction was the only one we even considered. We could always count on either Josh or Jason to constantly be on site to make sure everything was going as we discussed if a subcontractor was doing any work. If anything ever came up that needed changed or fixed they took care of it right away. Highly recommend. We couldn't be any happier with the process and result.

Josh and Ashley did an extensive renovation of our Victorian home in Winterset, Iowa. This required reproducing woodwork that was original to the house, but lost, and being faithful to recreating the house as it was 150 yrs ago while still having modern conveniences.

We are thrilled with the result! We were given an accurate estimate which did not change as the project proceeded (with the exception of a few “add ons” by me). The whole project was completed in the timeframe initially discussed and we were kept informed of the progress and any “hitches” encountered in a very old home. Communication was excellent!

Josh and Ashley did a wonderful job on the house and we are very pleased with the completed project. I was able to get ahold of them easily throughout the project and they were very friendly and easy to get along with. This was not what I expected and was pleasantly surprised!
