Does a great job and at a great price

Never called me back to schedule appt.

I used there servic last year and they did a quality job. I have 4 large trees im the yard. When the derecho hit in December we had no problems or cleanup.

Knutson Tree Service has been AMAZING with what I needed help with from the March tornado here in Winterset. They removed the immediate damage from around the drive and the house since there were many that could come down anytime. They also removed those around the house by my request. While there was no visible damage, when you hear trees falling weekly, you have to wonder. Those trees were also recommended to be removed by roofing and foundation experts. Knutson listened to my concerns, provided expert advice, and took care of it. Had I not been there to see it, you would not know they had even been there. They shredded all the wood, and swept my deck and roof to get rid of the evidence. So above and beyond in my eyes! Definitely recommend them for your tree needs. Looking forward to cleaning up more of my property!

Joel took down a scary leaning murder tree that was just waiting to kill somebody foolish enough to mess with it. Amazing skill and professionalism. Highly recommend. Just get in line and patiently wait your turn.

This guy is a complete joke. We moved to the area in March and wanted to go with a local guy for work we needed. Overcharged us for a clean up service for sticks piled in the yard, which they didn't even fully pick up. We thought its fine, we are supporting local business. We then told Jason about more work we wanted done, he jerked us around it but finally said he could get to it in August and I told him to put us on the schedule. Never heard a word from him till we reached out in October, to which he told us 3 different weeks that he would come out to have a look.
Terrible communication, completely unprofessional. Would recommend 5 sons instead.

Absolute clown reply (and 2 months after the review which seems about on par). My Google account is tied to other services, that's why there is a "pseudonym." You never gave us a price, I asked you several times for a price. I have the texts to prove it as well, where I even asked you to book us regardless of price. So how could I try to bargain a price when you never gave one?? And again you never gave a price so the fence is a non starter. The fence was also done in May and our later texts are in October, so figure that one out for me. You literally never mentioned the fence being an issue a single time. Really need to get your facts straight before embarrassing yourself on a public review like this.

Also snow removal! The guys always do a great job, are very respectful and listen to what I want them to do! Jason is very responsive and always gets back to me immediately! He takes pride in his company and it shows with his work ethic!

Midwest Services has helped us with various projects and each experience was great. Pricing was good. The end product was good and the guys were always very professional. Highly recommend.
