My air conditioning went out after hours with the outside temperature was 97. I placed the call at 5:30 PM and Jim was at my house at 7:30. He came in and quickly found the problem, resolved it, and checked the entire system. I was surprised that the total cost was as little as it was being that it was after hours. I have used Ball for 6 years now, and I have never had an issue with them. I will definitely call them in the future, and they will be putting my next system in when the time comes.

This review was for the Biloxi Ms office of Ball Heating and Air. I do not know why it ended up here.

I called for a maintenance check and cleaning. Ryan did a very thorough job that took over 3 hours. He gave me good advice and even washed the indoor grill and told me a better choice for filters for the system. I was so pleased that I signed up for twice a year check-ups.

It cost me just over $3K to replace the A/C coil on a unit from 2007; the part was located in Mobile, AL. It just seemed high, esp for off-season, but we already had another local company over here and spent a few hundred for some Freon and fake assurances, so w rolled the dice in this outfit. So far, nothing else has been a problem--the fellows who came out today were very knowledgeable, professional and customer-service oriented. The office personnel double- and triple- checked appointment times for arrival of the installation crew, nothing was left to chance. The unit blows colder now than it did before it crapped out. Professional service. Arrived when they said they would and completed job in a timely manner. Couldn't tell they had been there as the clean up was very thorough. Ball services 4 of our properties and we feel confident they will be there for us when we ok need them,. Service team of Danny, Bill, Amanda and Mykel were very helpful with installing a new hvac ok I'll system and thoroughly explaining the system to us. Process was efficiently done and we were told to call if we have any problems. We appreciate all the advice we were given and will call when a problem occurs. Would highly recommend Ball ac. They do excellent work.

Jay did a great job specing out our Bradford White 80 gal heat pump water heater and Chance did a great job of installing it. We are saving energy by going to a very efficient heat pump water heater and the 30% tax credit was a bonus also.

I had a whole house humidifier put in, they did a great job, very friendly and professional service. The humidifier is doing a great job! Highly recommended Ball!!

We have been using Ball For years. Our furnace stopped working properly during the night. I called the next morning and they had someone out that day. Tim was our technician. We have had Tim as our technician several times and he is great. Professional and very nice! Thanks for being there for us Ball!

Make sure you ABSOLUTELY have a problem if you let them in the door. Our AC has an annoying squeak, which of course I could not recreate after they showed up. They spent 10 minutes pushing on ducting with 2x4's and then charged me $200. It's my fault for letting them in but I also thought there was a chance they would say, "here's a small fee ($50-$100) for today, if it happens again give us a call". They were nice guys, they just chose short term gain over long term business, nothing illegal about it.

Jay the owner came out to the house first thing this morning and personally addressed the issues we were having with the installation and apologized for miscommunications we were having. He also offered to come back out anytime and explain the how the furnace and thermostat communicate, and demonstrated that the equipment was working properly. Now im confident my new units will be working properly in hot and cold weather. Thanks Jay for taking to time to provide customer service and correct issues!!

This team does a fantastic job. They even found a leak we have been wondering about for weeks now. And the heating and air system is running smooth!

Communication with the last job was terrible. However, sort of a perfect storm as illness, crazy weather, and new parts that were hard to get them defective when they did arrive. I’m thinking (hoping) this last one was an outlier.

I was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From making the appointment to fixing my air conditioner, the team was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.

Chris T. was super quick to both arrive, diagnose, and repair our AC unit after already a very last minute notification of an issue to the owners. The owners are already so easy to talk with and set up things but this went above and beyond our expectations with an already unfortunate situation. Couldn’t recommend Ball Heating/Cooling enough to anyone looking for their needs.

The go-to when you need quick service - or really any service. We woke up to a very leaky hot water heater and within three hours of our call had two technicians out, a new hot water heater (free, thanks for checking our warranty!), a dry floor, and the old hot water heater hauled away. The technicians were helpful, courteous, explained how everything worked, and even gave us some tips for our A/C unit.
