Premier Restoration; Justin & assistant came right out to see the damage . An estimate was provided. I am grateful Justin was patient & willing to explain the necessary action needed to remedy the problem. He was thorough and very customer service oriented. I appreciate his knowledge regarding water & mold issues. I would most definitely call him again for restoration services. Justin was very business minded and respectful.

When we found a suspicious spot in my son’s new home we were very concerned about mold as my son has a lot of allergy issues. We started researching and everyone we called were 2 weeks out or more. When I finally reached Justin he was so helpful and reassuring that he would make us a priority and made it out just a few days later!! He was super knowledgeable and educated us about mold which eased our anxiety and concern regarding finding mold in the home. He got to work right away and was diligent in determining what was truly mold and what was not as not to charge us to remediate areas unless it was CONFIRMED mold. Justin was kind and knowledgeable and got our issue resolved quickly and thoroughly at a fair price. Justin communicated well with us so we were always well aware of cost and timing. He completed all the environmental testing and removal quickly and effectively AND helped us find a plumber and foundation resource to resolve the leak. We will only use Premier Restoration in the future and confidently refer others to them as well!! Thank you Justin for helping us!!

You won't find anyone better than Justin and Ryan. The attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond is an extremely rare thing nowadays. We not only had our ice maker leaking but also our washer and dryer. They took care of it in a heart beat and were transparent every step of the way. We also found out in the process of him inspecting the basement ceiling for mold that our dryer was shooting lint out of the pipe.

This is a pair of guys that genuinely care and are not going to cut corners just to get to the next client. They are both amazing people on a personal level with an expert level knowledge in mold, water, and fire remediation.

As a first time homeowner, I'm often worried about what could go wrong and unsure of how to move forward. I'm an anxious person!! I can confidently say that Justin has made the mold remediation process as easy as it could have been. He came by once we noticed some water damage and took extra care to check areas that we hadn't even thought about, and explained what the potential next steps could be. It really felt like I had an extended relative explaining how to live in a house, which I was so thankful for. I was kind of dreading having people in our home and trusting them to rip up our floors and walls, but Justin was so careful and kept us informed every step of the way and allowed us to make decisions that we felt comfortable with. He was easy to communicate with, so knowledgable, and so kind. They even do an air test and walk you through the results for peace of mind. Edit: I forgot to add that Justin literally found 2-3 potentially giant costly issues in our house that weren't even related to what we originally called him for!! Saved us such a headache in the future and genuinely cares so much. So much attention to detail and so much knowledge and kindness. Ryan was also amazing and so detailed. These are such hardworking folks that took care of our home every step of the way.

They picked up my rugs in a timely manner, kept me updated with texts as they were being cleaned and delivered them back to my home. The rugs had several cat urine stains and I'm happy to say they all came out and the odor is gone!! Very good service and helpful staff. Would use them again. :)

Best rug cleaning service in the industry. If you have a fine Persian you need cleaned and refreshed, then Artistic Rug Care is definitely the place. I have seen the experience of detail they put into cleaning these rugs first hand, and I'm truly impressed. Awesome work!

Brian has a passion for his service, it took about a week to have 3 large rugs and a runner cleaned & protected, including dry time. He picked up & delivered them at my convenience. Very happy with my rugs, his advice, and service. Definitely recommend!

Brian and team are outstanding as I recently moved from Minneapolis to Wichita and needed to find a rug cleaner that was passionate in process and results. Artistic is the ONLY place I would grant my business for any wall to wall rug cleaning or Specialty Heirloom Persian/Turkey rugs to restore the true art of my purchases. Brian is both knowledgeable and holds 1 of 3 license to utilize a product once only available to private jets to protect and endure Persian artwork rugs and furniture upholstery. Brian is a trusted vendor that deserves all success!

Just picked up two irreplaceable (for us at least) rugs from Armenia. Artistic Rug Care did an amazing job caring for and cleaning the rugs, in a timely fashion. They are soft and colors are back to what I remember.
Brian took time to educate me about how to care for the carpets in the future and how long and under what conditions I could expect to plan for the next cleaning. They offer pick up and delivery but I elected to visit their office which they made very convenient. I absolutely recommend Artistic Rug Care!
