First off I would like to advise anyone purchasing a new home to have Justin and his team be the first people to do an air quality test and inspection on their new home. If I had done this I would have saved myself the big cost of an additional home inspection company who likely won’t see the things he and his team see. Secondly, I cannot say enough about how helpful, kind and knowledgeable Justin and his team are. Justin has helped us with multiple projects at hour home, and mold remediation (some nothing some larger areas) and is always honest and reasonable. I am very overprotective of my home and my kids health and he has never been anything but kind and reassuring. It can definitely be stressful when dealing with these sensitive issues especially when it comes to your health. There are many companies in town that remediate mold but only trust their visual judgment. He will come and test for mold, remediate the problem and verify it is solved with scientific evidence to back up his removal process. I will never trust my home and families health with anybody but him and his team and sincerely appreciate everything Premier Restoration has done to restore our health and home to a safe place to live.

When we found a suspicious spot in my son’s new home we were very concerned about mold as my son has a lot of allergy issues. We started researching and everyone we called were 2 weeks out or more. When I finally reached Justin he was so helpful and reassuring that he would make us a priority and made it out just a few days later!! You won't find anyone better than Justin and Ryan. The attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond is an extremely rare thing nowadays. We not only had our ice maker leaking but also our washer and dryer. They took care of it in a heart beat and were transparent every step of the way. We also found out in the process of him inspecting the basement ceiling for mold that our dryer was shooting lint out of the pipe.
