We recently purchased a new ceiling fan for our living room with a vaulted ceiling. Called Elite Electric Kc, their technician showed up on time, and completed the install of our new fan really quick. Their techs Kenny and Brian are always great to work with.

Unfortunately, we have no idea what quality of work they provide because they keep cancelling. We contacted them in September, they gave us a bid in October, and we've had five appointments since then that they cancelled with a different excuse every time. They either just don't show up, or they call 15 minutes before they are supposed to be here. We are extremely frustrated.
