My son and daughter-in-law are currently using this company for a burst hit water pipe and flooding. I called this company for my furnace issues. These guys are quick, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend them.

I saw them on Google, they were the first ones to pop up. Gave them a call and from "Hello" Freddie (I hope I got that right) took very good care of me. She got us set up within the hour and when Eric showed up, he was very friendly, and he came to me with everything BEFORE he did anything. He also explained everything as he went along. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! They are also very reasonable. THANK YOU On Time!!!!!!

The company was extremely helpful from setting up an appointment, to having a tech out and his assistance to the follow up call. Will definitely use when needed again.

I called on a Sunday and they had a guy out Monday morning by 9:30 to diagnose the issue. It was something pretty minor that I missed and took him 5 min, didn't charge me anything but gave him a nice tip.

Justin just left after 60 minutes of unclogging my nasty drain! So thankful that On Time does emergency calls like this. Spending all night with sinks that won’t drain - no thanks! Justin was friendly, thoughtful of my property and so courteous. He is a keeper!

Great communication! I received texts for appointment times, when the plumber was en route, a pic of who was being sent, and when the work was finished. Both guys were friendly and able to explain what the issue was and got it fixed promptly.

Master shower. The gentleman here was efficient and helpful to my questions. It was apparent that he knew what the issue was on Monday. Explained every thing to me. I am impressed by his kindness and efficiency. Bet he’s a great employee.

Greg maintenanced my tankless water heater. He was very professional and informative. He took his time, making sure all was done.

My water heater release valve was leaking. Colton didn't have the part in his truck and went the extra mile to get one. Colton was very professional, proficient, worked quickly while getting the job done well. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and got me scheduled quickly. I didn't feel rushed to make any decision.

Expensive!!!! $486 to replace the copper water supply lines under the bathroom sink with flex tube, replace both valves and clean the drain. Did not fix the original leak request on the cold side between the faucet and supply connection. Was told the faucet needed replacement to eliminate the leak. Due to my irritation they did remove the valve replacement charge which brought the bill down to around $250 which gets them the 3 stars. The employees were decent to work with as well.

Willy and Nathan successfully replaced a very stubborn, broken, leaky and corroded shower trim kit. Also, replaced shower head. They were both exceptional in helping me understand the entire process and costs involved. Definitely a knowledgeable and friendly team!

Based on the info I gave David on what happened before I discovered a leak under my sink, he knew very quickly what the source of the leak was & promptly fixed it. I was very impressed & super thankful that I got lucky & called for service right after he had finished a job & was available to come out right away. The whole thing worked out great, & now I'm having him install a natural gas line from my garage to my kitchen so I can have a much-wanted gas stove!

My wife and I decided to replace our 22 year old heater and AC. We got 3 bids. On time beat the competition in one case by $5000.00. The furnace and AC was equal in quality and brand type of the highest bid. This let us know that On Time heating had the best price and labor cost. We accepted the bid right away. On Time scheduled the installation the next day. Donte and Quenton arrived early the next day and worked a full day and had both units installed. It was a tough job, but they made it look easy. Both Donte and Quenton displayed highly skilled workmanship.

A few days later Donte came out to double check the AC and install 2 courtesy surge protectors.

I needed gas fireplace services. I called Thursday afternoon and they were here Friday noon. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and he fixed our issues immediately. They were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!

McDaniel was excellent. Was able to remove corroded hose fitting from water source to washer. Friendly, efficient, professional. And, he came so quickly; I was in a pinch. New washer was waiting to be installed and was outside on patio. Didn't mind the price because of situation.

Efficient, friendly, and willing to listen to our concerns and what we have already tried. They recommended a repair we will eventually need, but were not pushy to schedule it. Just letting us know!

Second time I have used On Time Plbg! We needed our shutoff valves to the washing machine replaced. Another stellar service. Quick, efficient, and friendly.

Greg & Conner arrived on time and did the work for actually less than what was originally quoted. They worked very efficiently and communicated the details of the job well. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!

Black Hills Energy confirmed a leak gas in the yellow flex pipe that was installed 3/19/2025. On Time Plumbing returned quickly to replace and test that line.
Excellent response time and explained all they did. No fee was charged. 👍

Greg Gates was absolutely fantastic! He was on time, he communicated very well and was very quick with completing the job. We had a leak in a rental house we own and don’t live in the same state and his honesty and communication with me was perfect! The price to repair was very fair and his work was quick and complete. We will absolutely use On Time Plumbing again if we ever have an issue.

On Time Plumbing was very responsive to my needs and had Josh out to the house by 10:30 when I called at 8 the same day. Josh was professional and knowledgeable and got to the issue quickly. I would highly recommend. Good job.
