Rick came out on an emergency call when temps were high. He stayed late and evaluated the entire system to ensure the repairs made were all that was needed for our older system. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and we will not hesitate to call him again if we need additional service. We highly recommend this veteran owned and operated business!

I purchased a new furnace and A/C from Cool Heat after shopping around with several other companies. They were extremely knowledgeable about the various brands of equipment available and helped me find the right fit. The installation work was done very well and completed in one day. These guys are great and I would highly recommend.
