Had drain problems over the weekend, called Pain in the Drain on a Sunday which was Father’s Day nonetheless. He was quick to respond and showed up when he said he would. Within an hour he had everything draining smoothly. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great service! Had a plumbing emergency, called 23 different plumbers within a 50-mile radius of my company. Could not get ahold of anyone or they had an extremely long wait list. M&M Plumbing squeezed us into the schedule. They were out here the next day to take care of us! Great service at a great price! They will be the FIRST plumber I call next time we need something!

We needed someone to to clear our sewerline from the house to the main. I called Many different companies. Over a couple of days. None of them actually got back to me. M&M answered right away and got me in the same day. When they got here they got right to work didn't waste any time. I would definitely recommend them.

This was just an all around poor experience. We called everywhere, noone could fit us in nor did they want to do the job. We moved into a 1950s house that hadn't been lived in around 10-15 years. Everything needed replaced and fixed and checked. We ran Pex ourselves underneath the house up to a certain point until we found a massive break/leak in the main drain. We did not have the tools nor expertise so began our search for a plumber. M&M said they had around a 4 month wait and we said that's okay we need it done. We waited almost half a year, continuously rallying and checking in every couple of weeks. After half a year we were told, we've finally got you on the list! We were originally told we had been on the list. We were a little upset but dealt with it and understood the long wait as it was a big job. We were then given the run around for quite a while longer. I feel for the family that runs this business as they had their main plumber become ill at one point we were told (not doing the best at the time health wise), we were then told he was just waiting on a helper and the next couple weeks they would be out. The next time we called we were told in the next few days someone will be marking the lines throughout our yard for them to begin. They came and did so and we didn't hear from them for another several weeks. We tried to get ahold of them but it didn't always pan out and they seemed busy. A few months pass and they finally come to complete this once again. We are going on a year now, we are then told that we have been set back a week or two because their kids had an issue with theirs plumbing and they needed to complete that first. Mind we have been without water this entire time. They finally come out to complete the job. They were paid three perpetrated times due to job being incomplete (one point they were waiting on us to hang drywall back up where they tore it out so they could replace everything removed. There is still items were are finding throughout the house that are incomplete or not even touched. We asked around and have been told we were overcharged for majority of what was done besides the main drain. When we proceeded to ask for itemized receipts, we were given the run around several times. Finally we recieved one for one of the three separate payments that were made. It was very vague and was not entirely itemized like we wanted but at this point we wanted to be done with the company. All faucets are loose throughout the house (all were replaced by them or reinstalled), not a huge issue though i was expecting it all to be tight and sealed correctly. Two spouts on the faucets were missing the small fitting that screws into the opening, which we went and replaced ourselves. Our washer and dryer hookup was never completed. We had to ask twice for them to fix the tub pipes and faucet. None of the fittings under the bathroom sink were even tightened after replacing which was causing it to leak. Upon further inspection they only needed to be tightened and were loose to the touch. There is a pipe protruding from the wall that was just left instead of removing, we were told it would take too much work to replace and fix and they were going to run it from a different direction. There is a large steel pipe protruding from the floor we were kind of hoping they would remove though they didn't, not their fault entirely we didnt specify this. Our water heater completed and we were told it was unsafe to use and needed to spend an extra 1200 to replace it with a new one. He said he doesn't reccomend just fixing or replacing the valve and we should just purchase a new tank. We had someone else look at it and they told us they were hook it back up for us and replace the valve no issues and the water tank was in great condition and still has life left. We have dealt with a few leaks on our own outside of the issues previously mentioned. We went to replace toilet and we found that the pvc is completely cracked in half below flange. Very nice people though! You might have a good experience aside from mine.
