our furnace went out overnight, called Buff's early this morning, and clifford came out and had us going very quickly. One of the nicest people you will ever meet! When customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this is his priority. Reasonable price as well

We woke up on a freezing winter morning with our furnace not kicking in, and Clifford was quick to respond to our call for help. He diagnosed the issue and got the replacement parts quickly as well, and educated me about what was failing on our furnace. He was very thorough and kind—we will be repeat customers for sure. Highly recommend giving him a call for any of your heating/cooling needs!

You don’t really realize how much you like that a/c until it quits. I called Buff’s and came out the next morning. Very efficient, friendly and communicated well about problem. Very thorough job. Would highly recommend!!!

I would highly recommend buffs. Clifford was great and fixed our ac problem when american home shields repairman failed to do so. He was on time and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his work and the way he stood behind his work. He said if it has any problems call him.back anytime he would come see what's going in. Buff’s is a great choice for your HVAC service! Our AC unit had quit working, Buffs was quick and friendly to come and look at our unit and gave us a very reasonable quote. They worked us into their schedule right away to replace our ac unit. The best part is how friendly and kind Clifford is. My furnace went out last night and I knew exactly who to call. This business goes above and beyond for their customers! Clifford is always quick to respond and has been able to come out day of! He took care of my grandma a few days ago (she loved him as well) and came out to see me today. With how cold it's been, it's much appreciated how quick they are with service! Hands down the most professional and affordable heating company. Our AC went out on us in the heat of summer and Buffs was quick to respond and get us on their schedule to replace our unit. I contacted him on a Sunday and he made sure he had all the information so there was no delay for installation day. We will be using Buffs in the future for preventative maintenance on both our furnace and air conditioning.

Clifford was excellent! Fixed our fan motor being out right before a major ice/snowstorm was supposed to hit and came when the weather was getting bad. Excellent service from this guy and this company. Would definitely recommend to anyone as i was referred to this company from a friend.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Our AC stopped blowing cool air today- a Saturday evening. My husband attempted to call a few companies and Buffs was the only one who answered. Cliff came out and was very polite- and was thorough on trying to find the issue. After some troubleshooting he was able to solve the problem and we now have cooling! Beyond appreciative of them especially when the weather was 97 degrees today. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend!

Usually I feel dread making the phone call to a professional, especially when having zero knowledge in that field; it makes me feel completely vulnerable to being taken advantage of. But we had no choice- our AC was acting erratic and the upstairs got up to 98 degrees.

Clifford was kind, respectful and gets to troubleshooting the issue right away. He quickly recognizes the issue- the thermostat.

What really stands out is his patience to walk my mother and I through the system and explain how to keep it working properly. He showed me how to properly put in the air filter in my attic, how to safely cut the power and how to properly clean the outside unit of debris (btw don’t use a high power hose and blast it with water like my mother did. 🤦🏻‍♀️ )

He even went out of his way to run to a local store to purchase the specialty size air filters needed for our old house that we always seem to forget to buy.
He also made sure to check every room and vent in the entire house to make sure the air was flowing as it should be.

We appreciated Clifford’s helpfulness, his professionalism and hard work. First time in a long time we have gotten a bill that seemed totally fair and worth every penny.

Just had Buff’s out yesterday to looking out AC unit not running properly. Not only were they very quick to come help us, but they were also extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Buff's Heating and cooling. We had 2 separate heating units stop working within one week. Cliff was able to come out same day and get the heat working so that our patients in our office didn't have to suffer through the cold! He was prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job. They also offer a protective maintence option to have your units checked a couple times a year to prevent being in a bad situation with no heat or air. Really appreciate the work he has done for us!

When our furnace went out during 20 degree temperatures, we were referred to Buff’s Heating and Cooling. I called them and was given such amazing customer service and sincere care about our wellbeing in the cold. They advised me that they could come out the next day, which was fine by us. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with AC issues to use Buff’s. From the moment I first called I immediately felt like I was talking to someone I knew for a long time. We had our AC unit go out overnight in the middle of June and we have a 2 year old so we needed someone out quickly. Clifford came out within the hour and had us up and going again. He was the most reasonably priced and even checked in on us the following day to make sure everything was working. Our old unit eventually failed again and we decided to pull the trigger on a new unit. I reached out to Buff’s and again I received nothing but great service! He gave us a very reasonable bid on the unit and coil and was able to get it replaced in no time! This is a family owned business that makes you feel like part of the family.
