HVAC reviews in Derby, Kansas

Shawn and Bryson helped us with a dryer ventilation problem. They were able to reconnect the tube for the vent w/o cutting through the basement ceiling. They were extremely professional and their clean up was superb! We’d highly recommend them! Thank you Shawn and Bryson.

They do a really great job, the house feels cleaner.

From our experience, Vortex is outstanding. We needed our dryer vent cleaned and called Vortex. The very next day they had a top-notched technician, AJ, at our door to help us.
AJ was awesome! He was very polite, knowledgeful and professional. He quickly had the vent cleaned of all debris, then answered all our questions. I highly recommend Vortex.

Thank You for responding so quickly to our need. Matt was great. When he was finally able to leave our home smelled so much better. Our interaction with Matt was truly five star. We will definitely be using Vortex again.
Thank you

Shawn was great! He was extremely thorough and professional. He did an excellent job for us. Everyone that I spoke to was prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend Vortex.

They did a great job. Everything was clean and put back in it’s place.
They took their time to explain what they were doing and what to expect.
They were both very polite, fast working, professional and efficient.

This is the second time I’ve had them come to a house of ours and they did phenomenal as usual. So easy to work with, fair pricing, friendly service. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Vortex at my house. The 1st time was to clean out the dryer vent and this 2nd time was to clean out the air ducts. Emily & Gavin did a great job and as before I would highly recommend Vortex to work on your house.

Excellent service! Service workers were on time, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend and use again if/when needed!

Shawn and the Vortex team did a great job. Took our HVAC plumbing from horrifyingly disgusting to perfectly clean. Great job, quick work, well worth the money spent. Pictures show it all. Thanks, Shawn!

Bryson and Emily who were at my house to perform air duct cleaning service, did a very thorough and excellent job. Both were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use Vortex Air Duct Cleaning again.

This company is great when I needed them for restoration. They can quickly and came back to check on things. They also do air duct cleaning. I plan to go back and use them for this at a later date. Good customer service.

The two gentleman that came to clean our air ducts were on time, very courteous and proficient in their work. They explained what they would need to do and got to work. I appreciated the friendly demeanor and the quality of their work.

Gavin and Emily did a great job, very friendly! They had before and after pictures of the duct work. I would highly recommend Vortex!

I was skeptical at first but boy am I glad I was wrong! The first gentleman showed up on time, was very pleasant and went right to work. He was later joined by two other gentlemen and all three of them worked several hours. They were AMAZING!!! Not only did they clean a TON of crap that was in the vents and air ducts, they also found mold and went to work right away cleaning it out! We are new to this locationand before we open we wanted to have the vents cleaned because they looked so dirty. The air ducts had not been cleaned in years! They cleaned up the air vents, put in new filters, set us up with a success plan and just were amazing at their job! I am going to use them to clean my vents at my house! If you need clean vents and air ducts, call them! You won't be sorry!

Very good company. We have used them twice at two different houses. The guy and gal were very friendly and efficient. World recommend them!

Shawn did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and Vortex. He got rid of all the mold that was in the bathroom.

Outstanding! Prompt and efficient. The team worked nonstop until complete. The bid estimate was right-on! We have 3 HVAC units in our home with complex return vents. They were all done in one day!

The service technicians arrived during the scheduled window. I appreciated I was able to track their location prior to their arrival so I could be prepared. AJ & Emily were both friendly and kind. They explained exactly what they were going to do to clean out our dryer vent. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes - so quick! AJ recommended a re-clean within 1-2 years. He wasn’t pushy about needing to reschedule or anything - just honest, and I truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend this service, as it was easy to schedule, the pricing is clear and consistent, and the service technicians are lovely. I will absolutely use this service again in the future.

Nothing but praise for AJ and the Vortex experience. Timely, experienced technician walked me through the process and delivered as promised. The air quality in the house improved significantly. I would recommend Vortex with no hesitation and would ask for AJ (unless you are a NY Yankee fan).
