Janitorial reviews in Derby, Kansas

I manager a large apartment complex in East Wichita and Patee Industires does all our cleaning. They clean our office, gym, clubhouse and laundry room weekly, so it always looks welcoming to visitors. They also provide all the make ready cleaning for my units, so our homes look beautiful for our new move ins. Great company and fair prices.

I use Patee Industries for cleaning at Brookwood Apartments, and she is fantastic! She is easy to work with and I am so happy to have found her. I would recommend her to anyone with any needs whether multifamily or personal. :)

I am a property manager and I have been using Patee Industries for our make ready cleanings for probably 6 months now and she has never failed to impress and amaze me. She has a great attitude and personality and is very flexible and understanding when things change. I highly recommend Patee Industries for anyone looking for a professional cleaner!!!
