Very nice and was patient with me since I had unexpected work phone calls during his visit. But my carpet is still wet 2 days later. My store bought machine gets the water up better. I've had fans going since he left.
It hasnt even been humid this week. Very disappointed.

I found this to be an excellent company with very outgoing customer service... I was given a sample for treating urine on hardwood flooring & another sample was for carpeting or upholstery i think ----- IT WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE and a must have ... I was extremely happy with their products as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

We had our HW floors refinished by then a few years ago and they are still holding up well to kids and the dog. They are especially good at carpet cleaning and Shawn has removed some tough stains for us!

We had a sewer backup and needed to find a restoration company in a hurry and we're glad we called AFC! They were awesome to work with, straight forward, and it was obvious they wanted to get the job done correctly for us. Wonderful team! I called AFC after 5 on a Friday on a holiday weekend and they had a crew out to my house within an hour. They were quick, friendly and went above and beyond to get the water out of our basement and try to save our belongings. We are so grateful that they were able to get things cleaned up quickly and that they worked late on a Friday.

I highly recommend AFC Cleaning & Restoration. We have had AFC clean our carpets, install luxury vinyl flooring and install carpeting. We recently sold our house and received over the asking price, which I am confident the new flooring helped! AFC is a family-owned business and are very pleasant to work with!

This is our second time using AFC. Shawn did a great job explaining the process ahead of cleaning our carpets. He had great recommendations on how best to clean higher traffic and pet areas. Our carpets are clean and the house smells nice and fresh! We will definitely call again.

Craig, Sean, and the team were awesome! When I called to schedule they could get me in the next day. Everyone I talked to in the office was responsive and has great customer service. Their services are an amazing and at a great price! They cleaned the house and got the carpets cleaned before I moved into a new house. I highly recommend them!!

A tree fell on my home/roof 5/31. The roof repair was completed on 8/26. When it finally was completed, (after having to call them to keep things going), the crew left nails, trash, and debris everywhere. This included a large number of nails all around my children's play set, all over the driveway, and trash everywhere all around the house.

The repair itself was acceptable. The photos are everything collected throughout the worksite after they left and what was lying in the driveway. The photo of the large amount of trash/nails does not include those we found later in the driveway.

Update: Within 24 hours, management reached out to discuss their site crew's opportunities for improvement. The discourse made it clear they were invested in learning from the issues at my site and doing better moving forward. While it doesn't resolve my issue fully, it did demonstrate a strong commitment to continuously trying to improve. Review revised from 1 star to 3 based on the solid communication after the issues came to their attention.

I cannot recommend this company. They never extracted the water from my carpet, just set up fans and a dehumidifier. I continually asked about extracting the water, but they never did it. After two days, they sent a young couple in a rusty pickup truck to take out the wet pad. They left the wet carpet up against the baseboards. I got plastic bins to put the edges of the carpet on to keep them off the baseboards and get more air to it. I called anonymously to ask what they would do to wet carpet and the lady proudly told me about their equipment that extracted water and removed it from the house. I then identified myself and said that wasn't done at my house. I was told it wouldn't smell after it dried, after it was sanitized, and after it was cleaned. It took five days for the carpet to dry with fans and it smelled. I had it steam cleaned at it still smelled. The owner said they didn't follow their own standards, but blamed me. They blamed me because I said I wanted to try to save the carpet. Big Bob's Carpets from whom I got new padding (they started in business by selling water damaged carpet that they had cleaned and restored, so they know what they're talking about) agreed that the carpet could be saved, Kudos to them because they could have tried to sell me new carpet which is what they now do. The owner of AFC tried to convince me that using fans is "extracting" the water. He said putting wet carpet against the baseboards wouldn't matter, yet one part is damaged. He insulted me by telling me I just liked to argue.
I have finally found a product that is removing the odor. They want $3000 for their fans and the damage they caused. It was a horrible experience.
