PD is great! I called them for a clogged kitchen sink on a Thursday and had a plumber onsite Friday to find my cast iron drain pipes were completely filled with grease. They returned Monday morning and completely replaced my kitchen drains. Would recommend them to anyone!

I would personally like to say that Cooper and Bobby did an absolute amazing job on my sewer line repair, they were here very attentive, and did an excellent job. I personally would request these two people for any job that I would ever have involving plumbing. This company is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. These two guys deserve a raise.

I wrote a previous review on this company that was not flattering. After talking to Nathan and him taking care of all the issues, I am revising. Nathan was very professional and I appreciate the effort that was put in to fix the problem.

A year ago we were desperate for a new hot water tank and PD Plumbing were the only ones we could get to show up after two weeks of trying about every local plumbing establishment. Then we decided to do some remodel of our bathroom recently and discovered some issues with our plumbing that turned out to be much bigger than we ever imagined. Ken from PD Plumbing Heating & Cooling has been a lifesaver over the paste couple of weeks. He has done spectacular work and the quotes we received were reasonable. We have, so far, been very pleased with the prompt response along with the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service.
We had wonderful service for plumbing previously and purchased PDs service agreement that at the time included duct cleaning. We were told after the agreement that their duct cleaning equipment wasn't working and they were waiting on new equipment. We were even told that we didn't need to inquire about this because as soon as they were able to do the cleaning, they would call us. We finally called again 6 months later and they came to complete this job. At that time they let us know our furnace would need replacement soon and gave us quotes (very expensive). This past week, almost a year since the service agreement, we needed help with our AC because nothing would come on. Of course we called the people at PD. They came and again told us the unit was bad and everything was shot and couldn't work. They wanted us to purchase a new system. We were ready to do so but we have large appliance insurance with our homeowners policy so we needed documentation for that to be processed. They sat on the info and never tried to provide documentation. I ended up calling another company for a second opinion and found out that PD had wired things incorrectly so the system couldn't come on. The second company was able to wire it correctly and it ran. Amazing how that works! I have promoted PD for a couple of years now for their plumbing work but after this I will never offer up their number for HVAC work. In the end, we are getting a brand new unit from the other company and saving about $ 2,000 too. -
Bunch of goons. Can’t listen to basic signs and can’t respect property. I recommend McPherson Quality Air, they are very professional and will actually get the work done for you.

I’ve been trying to contact this company for 2 days for an emergency service. I spoke to one guy once on the phone he asked me to have my landlord contact them to get our situation taken care. They don’t return calls or respond to voicemails. Terrible customer service overall. My landlord and I have been calling nonstop since yesterday afternoon. Left multiple voicemails and still never received a call back. So much for treating everyone like “family”

PD plumbing came out with a request of my home warranty. Their bill was over $1,000 to charge the AC clean the condenser and provide a leak test. I had to pay almost $500 out of pocket. The next couple days my AC quit working. We watched behind the unit and it was filthy dirty where they said that they had cleaned the condenser charged us for it but did not do. I called really upset but kind. I asked to talk to Brit who happened to be in charge. He was very condescending did not act like it even mattered. It's over 100° outside I have a 4-month-old and three other kids plus pets and we hadn't had AC for 3 days. I let him know that the condenser was never cleaned and he told me I needed to contact HomeServe have them issue a repair request to him and if there's anything else wrong they'll be additional charges. I let him know that I put a complaint in with HomeServe that he charged us for something that never got done. He got upset said looks like we are not going to be able to work something out and issued me a refund.
So basically they charge a fortune they don't do what they say they're going to do you call to get the problem fixed and they don't even act like it matters and if anything act like you're more of an inconvenience than showing good customer satisfaction. I know if I had an employee that charged a customer something and did not do what they said I would be very upset and I'd be very apologetic to that customer.
