Scheduled an a.c servicing. They attempted to show up with no one home. As well as without tools. They asked if we had the tools at the house. I responded and told them we didn't, they proceeded to search around for them anyways.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Not only do they have horrible telephone etiquette, they also don't have very good time management. I'm a renter in Ellsworth and usually try to fix things at my home myself if possible. I have a leaky bathtub faucet and I can't get the screw off to try and fix it. My landlord called Monday and asked if someone could be out Tuesday after 2:30 since we would have to take off work because we don't have a fence to put our dogs outside. The receptionist said if they could not come to the house she would call and let my landlord know. She never called, so my boyfriend took off work. No one ever showed up. I called Wednesday afternoon and the receptionist told me she would ask the guys when they got back at 5pm if they could come out and she told me she would call me back and let me know. She never called. I called Thursday morning to ask if she knew if someone could come out, she said yes, she already put me down for sometime after 2:30pm. My boyfriend once again took off work and once again no one showed up. So naturally I called at 4:30 and politely asked if anyone would be stopping by. The receptionist handed the phone to whom I'm guessing was the boss. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted his job, tell me he's been working late, tell me it's furnace season and he's been busy turning on furnaces. He asked me why the dogs can't go outside and if they were big dogs. I told him no they are small. He then interrupted me and said "oh ankle biters". If he would have let me finish I would have told him that they are nice I just didn't want them bothering him while he was working and that's why we had taken off work to be there. All in all the receptionist should have never told me they would be there when she knew they were very busy. She should have asked us to call back next week, I would have been more than happy to wait if asked politely. The man whom I spoke to on the phone was VERY disrespectful, I'm not sure if he knew that his receptionist was only giving out half the information. Even if he didn't know, he should not have taken his frustration and anger out on his customer. (Side note - we have had service from them multiple times to fix our heater and they were at my house the same day I called.) This one experience has left a bad impression and I will no longer be using their services despite the amazing work from one employee.
