Jason came out same day. Was very knowledgeable, and had our problem solved 30 minutes later after 4 other technicians from other companies couldn’t figure it out.

They were informative and their price was fair compared to others. Jason took time to sit and talk about options and answer my questions. I am switching to using them as my main HVAC company from here on out.

I don’t typically rave after a visit from HVAC technicians who come out to the house but I must say that Johnson County Comfort was spectacular. On time and underbid. Exquisitely knowledgeable about HVAC as well. Wow - I have a new HVAC guy.

Jason came to my house on his day off and got my issue fixed in a very timely manner. I had to call him back few hours later for another issue that had came up, and again was very prompt. Very nice gentleman.Very reasonable on cost. I will use him again and again.

Jason arrived within 1.5 hours of my call. He made a thorough inspection of my AC unit to diagnose the problem. It was obvious that customer service was priority #1 with him. He spent time explaining the issue, covered the cost or repair, answered my questions, and did an efficient, professional repair of my AC. He was on site for maybe 30-45 minutes and had my AC up and running again. Highly recommend this business!!!

Excellent value and service. Jason is very patient with all of my questions and explains things very well. He's been out to diagnose my pool heat pump, and also diagnose and refill my home heat pump when it was leaking. I really like his attitude and communication.

Jason came to my house on his day off. He immediately found the issue that another company missed. He fixed my unit same day and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me a bunch of things that I did not need. He is very fair on pricing. My A/C is working fabulously since his fix.

We highly recommend Johnson County Comfort for any and all of your HVAC needs. The technician we had come to our home for our annual AC maintenance and furnace year end shut down was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through all of the process that he was going to do and even made recommendations for the future. Was not pushy whatsoever.!!!!
We also were super impressed with the value for the amount of money we paid for this service. Definitely will be using them in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Jason installed a brand new system including ductwork, returns, furnace, a/c etc. for us and did an excellent job. While installing this he also service another furnace on a different property for us and did not overcharge or upsell us anything we didn’t need. It’s hard to find good reliable companies that still have integrity, while not overcharging for their service. I would highly recommend them for anything HVaC. They certainly have earned our business and we’ll gladly refer them to our friends and family! Thanks again Jason!

Had Jason come by and replace my furnace exhaust pipe and a badly placed furnace gas line. He pointed out a couple of non emergency items that could use some tweaking on the furnace and took care of them as well. Took out an old disconnected water heater and got rid of it for me as well. Seems like a good honest guy, reasonable with prices and most importantly to me is HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD!!! The difficulty of getting any kind of contractor to show up and actually do work these days is ridiculous. Jason actually showed up, was polite and told me exactly what he was going to do, showed me the completed work and left the work area clean when he left. Highly recommend.

Great quality work!. Our condensor got a hole in it and Jason came out every day to top off the freon so we wouldn't run out of A/C until we could replace the unit. Honest work and gave me many options that fit my budget. Thank you for all of the work you done for my family and I. Our A/C is working great now!

Jason is the first HVAC guy to come in my house and actually sit down and explain how the system works, how our ducts are laid out, and never made me feel stupid for not knowing these things. He's a great people person and really takes his time. I was never feeling like he was rushed and he made sure I didn't have any other questions before leaving.
