Richard was the best!!! Came out right away. Did what he promised. Charged a fair price and was honest. He is the real deal and worth every 5 star review here. Professional and knowledgeable. My outside spigot froze and broke. Another company would not touch. Richard had it fixed in an hour and came out after hours. Great job thanks for the help!

I am a first time homeowner and I dread calling companies to fix anything. Richard probably could hear in my voice that I was in distress and just needed help. He rushed over and was here in about 10 minutes. Where in the world do you get that kind of service from!!?? Fixed my issue (kitchen sink) and educated me on other things in my house. Will I call Richard again! Ab-SA-Lutely!! He was so kind and got the job done. The rest of the plumbers are non existent in my book!

I had a leaking shower faucet due to an old valve cartridge. Because I had the same issue in another shower of our home before, I had an idea of what the root cause was and how much it would potentially cost. I was really surprised when Richard was able to do the same job for a 1/4 of the price that I paid to another big name plumbing service in KC. Will definitely go back to Richard and his team for any future plumbing needs.

This should be the only review you need to read. Richard is a life saver. He came after hours, even though he didn’t have to, to help me fix my kitchen sink plumbing and outside water for my hose. After attempting to do it myself, it was great to have someone who was kind, professional, and did a great job explaining the issue and how he would fix it. Everyone hates unexpected expenses when it comes to their home, but this was worth every penny. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!

Richard the plumber was great! Came out on a weekend to give me an estimate. Very fair and reasonable. He even fixed my front door for free! He and his assistant came and replaced our kitchen faucet - they worked very quickly! I will definitely be using them again!

I retired after being the Quality Manger at a major diesel locomotive maintenance shop in KC. So, I understand quality workmanship, reliability and customer service. Richard totally updated my sump pump systems, both main and battery back up. He was very polite, informative and followed quality workmanship practices. A big plus is that before starting, I discussed my expectations, and he gave me his recommendations with costs. His prices were very reasonable! Only the most robust and reliable components were used, like heavy pipes and pumps. He eliminated the inferior leaky rubber couplings. He explained all the procedures, and answered all my questions. He showed up at the prearranged time. A big plus is that the completed system works flawlessly. In Summary: Richard was open, transparent, competent and very honest. I am Highly recommending AAAbility Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

As a note: A good friend recommended Richard to me for the same reasons on a different job. He saved David a lot of money when a different person wanted to replace an entire water heater, but Richard realized it was just a valve that need replaced, saving him considerable costs. So, this is really AAAbility Discount Plumbing being recommended by two different people.

Contacted A Ability via message…he put me in touch with the line cleaner he uses…Nick. Could not be more pleased with Nick…he came out the same day and when he was going to be a little later than he originally thought he would be, he called to let us know. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went after it. Fee was very reasonable, especially for same day service. If/when we have a plumbing problem we will be calling A. Ability Discount Plumbing.

Well, we had another plumbing issue. Couldn’t get propane water heater to relight. Called Richard on a Friday night. He was able to come out Saturday morning. In virtually no time he was able to fix my problem. Fee was very reasonable especially for a Saturday service call.

We have a frozen pipe to our kitchen sink which is facing the wall to outside. We called Richard today because both sides of it are backed up. He talked us through many things and he charged absolutely nothing! We are SO grateful that we called him first! He wasn't trying to make money, he was trying to help us out and for us not to be charged needlessly. He definitely has our business for any issues going forward!!! Thank you so much Richard for your kindness!!!
