Constraction reviews in Goddard, Kansas

Bryan Parks and crew replaced windows & siding. They did an excellent job in a very efficient manner and attention to detail was evident in completed project. We highly recommend Burwell Construction and Bryan Parks for windows/siding replacement.

Burwell replaced our roof two weeks ago. The job was completed quickly and professionally . Prior to this, they did necessary repairs until the insurance company completed their claim. David worked closely with our adjustor to get us the best settlement possible. I would recommend Burwell for any roofing needs.

I was so very impressed from my initial meeting with Mike through job completion. Everything including the time start to finish was just as I’d been told. The men who worked on my deck knew what they needed to do, came with all supplies and tools they’d need, and were professional as they worked the job. It was even completed on time including their thoughtfulness to place furniture where it had been! Working with Burwell was an awesome experience! They are sure first on my contact list now! And, I have already referred them to some friends!

We received several bids for siding on our home, Brian’s bid from Burwell was competitive and covered everything we wanted done. Brian stopped by everyday to check on his crew and the work that as being done. The Burwell crew did a great job, they arrived timely every morning and cleaned up everyday before they left. The crew was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the work that was done and will use them again the next time I have remodeling needs.

We contacted Burwell Construction for new siding, paint, window well and chimney repair. They were prompt at coming out to give an estimate and send the proposal. Mike kept us informed of the start date, estimated time for completion and notified us of weather delays. Mani, Jose and their team were friendly and were always willing to answer any questions we had. They worked diligently to get the project done on schedule and even came on Saturdays when weather delayed the project. The workmanship was incredible. We would highly recommend Burwell Construction for any of your home repair needs.

Highly recommend Burwell Roofing if you need a new roof. Mike was very helpful, the guys that did the work were great, cleaned up afterwards, all scraps and nails were gone, couldn't tell they had been there except for our new roof, we'd use them again.

We have contracted Burwell on two separate occasions to install a new roof and gutters after hail storms. Our roof is a little challenging and they did a great job both times. The crews were friendly and did high quality work. They also removed and repaired a couple pergolas and did a great job. Whenever they encountered something unexpected, they proposed a solution and were efficient getting the work done. They brought in capable resources for stucco and electrical work. They were also fantastic working with our insurance company. Their credibility goes a long way with the insurance adjusters. Thanks Burwell for the great work!

Earlier this year we had a lot of roofing damage due to some strong KS windstorms. I wanted to use local, trusted company to do the work, and Burwell had done some minor repairs for us on the past. They worked with our insurance company seamlessly and made the entire roof and gutter replacement process super easy on all of the buildings on our property, even helping us upgrade to larger gutters due to the steep pitch of our house. The best part was that they cleaned up afterwards, too!! Zach, especially, was very responsive and had great communication throughout the project. I would definitely recommend the Burwell for all your roofing and guttering needs!

Burwell Construction just completed replacement of three windows in our home and we are very pleased! Mike kept in touch with us with for delivery updates to make sure we were scheduled as soon as our windows were delivered. The Burwell crew was knowledgeable, efficient and did a very professional job. We have already discussed siding replacement to be done in the near future!

We hired Burwell Construction Inc to remove and replace our old screened in deck as it was old, weathered and leaning. We could not be happier with the final result. The workmanship is just outstanding. A roof now covers the whole deck — now the deck looks like it is part of the house. The men cleaned up each day, picking up nails, debris, they were very courteous and great to talk to. They acknowledged any minor changes we wanted and even had a few suggestions for us. The experience could not have been better!! We will be using this company again in the future for another project. We are looking forward to enjoying our new deck for many years to come. Thank you Burwell Construction.

Burwell has done 2 roof for us, One on our pervious home and one on our current home. Recently they did the siding and windows on our current home. There quote was reasonable. And always the work was excellent. and quick. They had to put a large window in my foyer so scaffolding had to be installed. I have small children so of course they informed it would be up and work quickly to get it back down. And it is always a pleasure working with Bryan parks.

I know there is no better fence company in Wichita, and doubt there's a better one in the country! I was blown away by how beautiful my fence is! They installed both cedar and metal fences for me. Both types are top notich. Kale provided excellent customer service and the workers were professional and skilled to say the least. I wholeheartedly recommend Burwell Construction for your fencing needs.

Burwell Construction did a great job constructing a shed roof in our backyard. I would highly recommend them for this or any other service they offer.

Had not one but 2 roofs replaced over the years, the second one some leaking was found and the sof-it was rotten, after calling them multiple times, they came out did a half fix and I was told they really didn’t need to fix it if I didn’t have leaking in the inside of the garage roof. Basically no fix unless it rots through? Was not the original fix I was promised. If this was your house would you be happy? I also have contacted them many times with no recent response. As to getting some sort of guarantee for future repairs in this area, if there continues to be damages. Have not been ever told the cause of the leaking was fixed. And no one bothers to call ya back unless you bug them tirelessly.

We had a new roof and guttering installed on our house. Working an overnight shift, they were willing to work around my schedule to where I was still able to get some rest. They notified me of some changes that had to be made before they started working on the roof to bring it up to code. They did a great job of making sure the area was cleaned up when they were done, including the backyard. I didn’t have to worry about letting the dogs out and getting nails stuck in their paws. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely hire them back for any other issues that I have in the future.

We received multiple quotes for our siding project. Mike with Burwell Construction came in offering the best price and service plan. The work started on the promised date and progressed as scheduled. The workmen respected our property and I felt they went beyond expectations with their skill and materials used.
I have since requested two additional quotes from Burwell for unrelated projects. Once you find a good contractor you stick with them!

Burwell Construction did an excellent job siding and painting my house. Mike explained the process and cost. He made my decision to go with Burwell easy. He worked with me on scheduling the date. The siding and painting team of Don, Manny, Shaun and Ryan were punctual and professional. They cleaned up at the end of every day. They were happy to answer all of my questions. I am very pleased with their work.

Very good work and always responded to my phone calls/emails. I had new siding, paint and repair work done to my 87 year old house, garage and she shed. It looks great.

Extremely satisfied! They demo'd our old deck and built a new deck with shed roof tied into the existing house roof. Very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the company and workers.

Did an absolutely great job… was done faster than i thought and fixed a problem I didn’t even know I had… roof looks great and the workers did great on the job and thank you Cole erb for all your help with this project… you helped more than you know

Burwell is a great company to work with. Special thanks to Cole and his crew for our roof. We could not be any happier with the quality, customer service, and responsiveness! Added bonus they did not leave a mess! Thank you!
