Zack Jones walked with us every step of the way, ensuring our roofing, outside painting, guttering, and leaf guard job was done to perfection. He and his crews did an amazing job on every aspect of what we contracted for. He even went further than his usual arena and got storm doors installed for us. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I will use Burwell Construction and Zack Jones for all my outdoor construction needs!

The very Best around the wichita area, and one of few that's been doing honest business longer than most these companies. Just a few projects done here. highly recommend Mike Lindsey. Cole Erb. Brian parks, Zack Jones, are very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs! They did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was quick, professional, and cleaned everything up so well you’d never even know they were there. Cole was especially great to work with—very knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, these are definitely the people to call!

I am so happy about my new front porch. Mike was very accommodating to my requests and the porch looks great.

Finally a fix. Things happen, it is how you handle the problems.

Started great...but went down hill.

Did a quick job on my large roof. Looks good but leaks at chimney. They sent out a roofer to look at it. He decided it wss chimney cap. Cost me $600 to find out the leak is at the roof where chimney enters house. Notified them of problem. Waiting to hear what Burwell plans to do to correct the leak.

At this point I am reluctant to recommend them.

Two weeks and no follow-up.

It has been 2-1/2 months since I talked to Mike about the leak. Still no fix for the leak.

AVOID them. Looks like if you have problem you are own your own. NO help, NO support!

Finally heard from Mike. He will get out, look to find the problem and take action to get the problem fixed.

Hopefully this will be soon and I can delete this review.

Will update es things progress.

Still waiting. About 3 weeks ago, they were coming to look at the problem and make a fix.

Finally Burwell is back fixing the leak. During installation of roof damaged flashing removing old roof. Leak occurred at that point. Apparently the roofing sealant started allowing water in at the chimney, thus the leak.

Mike sent a picture to his crew that insisted it was not their leak.

Looks like it will be good. Will find out tomorrow night. Forecast is at least an inch of rain.

Had 1-1/2 rain last night. No indication of water coming in. Good job Mike. You got Burwell the increase to 3 stars.

A phone call at this point will not help.

The salesman, Mike, was great. Very helpful pointing out issues and making sure insurance saw everything that needed to be fixed.

List of the bad:
- the roofing supplier dropped off product and knocked on my door at 5:45am with no notice before coming from them or Burwell. Including dropping shingles on my roof and waking up my children
-supplier left materials on my front lawn for several days before the crew started work
- roofing crew left a supplies scattered around my house including trash and shingles in shrubbery
- several nails found in my grass and yard after the job was finished
- gutters and down spouts were put up before my painter was able to come out and paint, even after I gave Burwell the date that my painter was coming out and they said they would not put anything up until after he was done painting
- I had to take down all the downspouts myself so my painter could work, for which I was reimbursed a lousy $15 for my 1.5 hours of work
- when I asked to provide an itemized receipt further breaking down specific costs that I was billed for the lady on the phone refused to do so, Kristen was her name
- Kristen was rude on the phone during our conversations about my bill and itemizations

Had not one but 2 roofs replaced over the years, the second one some leaking was found and the sof-it was rotten, after calling them multiple times, they came out did a half fix and I was told they really didn’t need to fix it if I didn’t have leaking in the inside of the garage roof. Basically no fix unless it rots through? Was not the original fix I was promised. If this was your house would you be happy? I also have contacted them many times with no recent response. As to getting some sort of guarantee for future repairs in this area, if there continues to be damages. Have not been ever told the cause of the leaking was fixed. And no one bothers to call ya back unless you bug them tirelessly.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Took months for repairs to be completed and the painting was never completed. The SUBCONTRACTORS they use are questionable. VERY BAD communication with this company....had to call and text A LOT. The excuse is always "sorry,but we're so busy" ... we'll that's great but it means customer service is zero. PLEASE do not use this company.
