After a recommendation by a friend, I contacted Afford-A-Fix about a soffit repair that we needed done quickly. We were able to quickly get an estimate and schedule the work. We acquired several estimates for our repair and his was the best. Not only was his cost the best, he did an excellent job on the repair! He took pictures to explain what repair work he did behind the soffit as well. When he was finished, the area was as clean as it was before he arrived. I would definitely recommend this business.

Nathan and David were amazing in helping me get some needed repairs done to get my house ready to sell! Fixing Windows, cleaning my gutters, fixing bad wood on the corner of my roof, fixing my hcountertop (which was an added custom job by Nathan), fixing a rotted threshold, painting the repaired threshold, the south side trim, the eaves, and fixing the front door latch as well as repainting my front door! They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves, very friendly and the price was super fair for the high quality work they provided!!!! I could not be happier with Afford-A-Fix! Nathan does excellent work, he's meticulous and pays attention to detail. He is honest, I wouldn't think twice about either having him in the house working while I am there or gone. He's also punctual and courteous. You just don't find great handymen like this. He is probably mid-range to upper end on costs but so often you pay for what you get. I highly recommend him!
