If I could give them more than five stars on this site I would! More than on time and we'll mannered... The two gentlemen that showed up to just give us a diagnosis of and an estimate for the repairs went WAY above and beyond. In less than 10 minutes they had diagnosed the issue and instead of just telling us what the issue was, billing us for a visit and then coming back and billing us again for the repair, in under and hour they had repaired the problem to hold us over until ..at my request... can get the items for a rewire of the house. For people like us, on a very very very tight budget and who did not have a lot of money for an unexpected expense like this...it means the world. Their honesty and wonderful attitude impressed me and my family. They even put up with my 10 billion questions, answering without hesitation and never making me feel like an idiot or in the way. Treating both my elderly mother and myself with respect and genuine concern for our inquiries. They showed a professionalism that you don't see very often... When I voiced my concerns regarding the myriad of issues... Problems ranging from work not to code and work not completed, yet billed to just plain bad work.... that a competitor company did during a remodel years back, the techs responded with remedies for the problems and never spoke badly of the other company -- can't say I was able to do the same. After they fixed the primary and most immediate problem at the box, they made sure all the trouble spots that I had noted for them corrected...even putting new bulbs in a light fixture in the ceiling for us. Which, by the way, is amazing because my mother and myself are both handicapped and have trouble crawling up ladders and reaching high items. Those two boys will never know the peace of mind that they gaveus by simply taking a few extra moments to listen not to mention the fire hazard that they fixed that could have resulted in major damage or even been the death of us. A great big thank you to the Elcon staff.
