Service Plus Electrical Solutions

Needed to replace an old Bryant electrical box. My research lead me to Service Plus Solutions because of their high service rating. I called and talked to Kimberly and she scheduled an estimate. Arlen drove 40 miles to look over our situation, provide an estimate and left without putting any sales pressure on us to make a decision. His professional demeanor, no pressure sales, ability to articulate what Service Plus would do and the cost breakdown of our project lead us to hire this business. We are very happy that we found them and are pleased with the results and the overall cost. We plan on having them come back to do additional electrical projects and highly recommend Service Plus!

A storm brought down a tree onto my power lines which took down my weather head and meter. I called Steven at Service plus. We had been without power for 3 days. He answered his phone after 7pm, listened to my situation then said he would be at my home between 8-10 the next morning but would call me about 30minutes before to make sure I would still be at home. He called me 30 minutes prior and said he would be here at 9:30 and was at my home at 9:30. He evaluated the problem, set up a plan with us, and told us he could have the job done so our power could be restored the same day and we decided to go ahead with the project. Steven said he would handle the rest and said someone would be out to start a little later. Steven sent out one of his team members Stephen. Stephen called and said he would be at our home by 12:30 and he arrived by 12:30. Stephen worked hard to get the job complete so our power could be restored. (Which was done by 4pm!) They were both very courteous and respectful during the entire job. I would 100% Recommended then to my friends and family. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I've used Service Plus Electrical Solutions 2 times now and have really been pleased with the results. They are extremely knowledgeable and go to great lengths to make sure I completely understand what it is they are doing to take care of the situation at hand. They are always on time and do not have the ridiculous 8 hour window of when to expect them. They are very courteous and professional and do not leave behind a mess to clean up afterwards. Their work has been very high quality and very affordably priced. They price everything up front so there are no surprises when the job is complete. I have recommended them to others and will for sure use them again. :)
