Chaz and Brennan were professional and efficient. Chad’s communication skills are excellent and has a great relationship with the customer very pleased with his service. I had several people come out and was not pleased with the professionalism. I called Eck and was very pleased with the receptionist and how quick they got out for the repair and their professional services. This well be my first choice from now on. Thank you Eck,😇

Lucas and Levi were great! They were able to make a clean repair to my leaking pipe without having to put any holes in my wall and even added a piece to make the supply line hole look much cleaner looking!

Lucas did an excellent job replacing our old water heater with the new one. He addressed our questions and concerns regarding the installation . He was knowledgeable and professional and went out of his way to make sure we had hot water. We would definitely hire him again! Job well done!!!

I called Friday afternoon and They came out first thing Monday morning. He was very respectful and fixed the issue we had immediately. Very impressed and glad I called them. I would definitely call again if we ever need help with our electrical issues. Highly recommend

Aaron J came out and worked on my Generac generator, he changed the battery, oil, and filter and cleaned up my unit! He did a fabulous job! It’s running great!

Mr. Chase drove from Pratt to Hutchinson Kansas to fix our plumbing problem. He was very nice, professional and diligent....they got us fixed in less than 4 hours. I recommend Eck Services, and I also recommend Chase as a plumber.

We have used Eck many times as a one-stop shop for both our personal projects and maintenance on our rental property. They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable with most issues resolved same day. Technicians we’ve worked with recently have included Clay, Jesse, Cody and Mitchell (among many others) and they were all great.

Jesse, did an amazing job installing my humidifier for my furnace. He also, showed me how it all works, and where to keep it set. And how I need to adjust it for colder days, if I feel like I need a little more moisture in the house.

He talks you through the problem and the solution before starting the work which I really appreciate. He works very efficiently while still maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Lucas was amazing. He was fast at diagnosing our water pressure issue in our shower and didn't try to upsell us any unnecessary stuff. Highly recommend Eck and will us again if need arises.

My dad didn't know how to do this so I'm posting this for him for service date 01-02-2026. He wouldn't stop bragging about the 2 young men that came out to work on the heater and air-conditioning unit. He said they were the most polite young men he ever had to do business with. He really appreciated them taking the time to figure out what was really going wrong with our heater. The last guy said it looks fine to me and didnt stay long at all. The 2 young men came out on Jan 2 really spent some time listening to my dad as I know my dad can talk people's ear off in the midst of all that talking they really listened and figured out the problem turned out the heater and air-conditioning was running at same time. So it wasn't getting very warm in the house. I couldn't stay and observe there work because I had to take my 6 month old baby to dr because he was sick. But I heard about there excellent service all evening long. There isn't enough stars to list how proud my dad was of there service. He did say one of them spoke sign language. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service. Our heater is working better and it isn't so cold any more. My 6 month old is thankful to he was getting so cold. 10 star service. For listening to a old mans ramblings.

Chet replaced some CAT6 cable terminations that weren't working and got most of the hard-wired outlets working for our multigig fiber connection. He did a great job, was knowledgeable, and worked as quickly as possible. I appreciated his working knowledge of network cabling. As for price, it seemed a bit steep, but getting our Ethernet outlets working for my husband's job was critical so it was worth the cost.

Sam was one of the most polite technicians I've ever come across. He has a wonderful personality. Very professional. He was able to analyze the electrical issue and fix it with no problem. I highly recommend Eck services and Sam.

Cale was great!!! On time, very professional and knowledgeable assessed our issue and knew exactly what it was. Very friendly & clean cut. I highly recommend him for any electrical issues and I will ask for him again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
