Fixed the plumbing, but left a big pile of dirt in my front yard and never put the AC back even though they assured us they would. We've called and they said they would be out but never come when they say they will. It's been probably over half a year, my aunt/landlord paid them a lot of money to do their job and they only did half of it. We got tired of waiting and I moved the dirt and AC back by myself. I would have given 5 stars had they finished the job, but instead took the money and left an ugly eye sore in my front yard.

I've been using Barkley Plumbing for the last 22 years. I recently had them come out and fix what Advantage Plumbing left unfinished, because I was trying to get it done asap. My mistake for not waiting for Barkley Plumbing and using another plumber. They are always great, reasonable . I highly recommend!

Called them to schedule a visit. Halfway through the call they said they couldn't help us because we lived too far away (under 30 minutes). Their website is misleading "servicing Hutchinson and surrounding areas" - clearly not!

Wasn't able to use them. When we contacted them about a plumbing problem they said it would 10 to 14 days before they could fit us in. When you're having a main sewer line problem, that doesn't work. Roto-rooter was able to fit us in the next day.

Barkley Plumbing did a horrible job. The created more plumbing problems in our home and then refused to fix them free of charge. They had to come out numerous time to fix our sewer problem. They made a terrible mess of our backyard tore up our underground sprinkler system, and tore up the electrical wiring to our outside lights, none of which they fixed after they said they would. The put the trap for kitchen and laundry room in the basement and it was suposed to be upstairs in the laundry room. We had a horrible sewer smell throughout the house and called the EPA. The EPA came out and spotted the trap in the wrong place right away! Now Barkley wants to charge us to put right what they knew was wring when they did it. Stay far away from this company.

Craig did a great job. Communication was quick and told me what he had to do and prices. I agreed and he came to do the work 2 days later. Better than anyone that i contacted.

This company stands alone when it comes to service and knowledge! My husband and I had the best experience. We will always and only call them for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for being fast and effectively efficient. This review does not do justice to how impressed we are with this company .
