Great job came out right away

Called three days in a row about a leaky outside Spicket. They told me somebody would be there that day. After wasting my entire days waiting around they never showed up. So I ended up calling someone else. 👎👎

They did a good job installing 2 new hot water heaters but did a poor job with putting in a sump pump in basement. Not at all like it should have been put in. It's just a hole in the floor with pump on a rope down in the hole. Charged me for 2 pumps since first pump burned out from improper installation. Since then we have had to get a third pump. And basement still floods. Having an outfit out of Wichita who specialize in basements and sump pumps. Should have done that to begin with but they said they could do it and I like to keep my business local. Learned my lesson. Now I have to save up money to get it done again.

They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and kept our project going! Great to work with. Don’t bother calling anyone else.

They came the same day I called snaked from the stack to the wash out verified the fix and all within 30 mins amazing customer service very friendly definitely calling them next time as well

Lied saying they showed up when they didn't saying they knocked at the back door and we was at the house the whole time and then he said he walked in which he didn't and said he plunged the toilet after saying no one answered the door and said it worked fine. good luck getting out of this D&R

Terrible company! After being left on a "list" for 3 weeks, (multiple callbacks did no good) had to call 20 times in the mid morning on a Tuesday to get them to pick up the phone (destination voicemail was full) at which point I was told the plumber was on a big job that was more important than mine. I was lied to and strung along, led to believe I would recieve a call any day to get an appointment only to be told "the big job would be completed this week, so they won't be resuming other jobs until next week" Steer clear of these people unless you are looking to throw away your time.

Do not waste your time calling these people. Three weeks my renter waited for them to show up to do an easy job. Finally I called them back and they told us they would be there that day and guess what they didn’t show. I had previously had them do a job for me, and it took them forever to get it done. I am not surprised that they have so many bad reviews.

We had zero hot water pressure and no hot water. My husband called Anderson Plumbing and they had a brand new water heater to our house in just a few hours and installed. The two that installed for us were very professional and did a great job. You all are life savers!
