We had water damage in our basement and initially used ATP for mitigation. They did a phenomenal job and were prompt to respond. After discovering they did full project renovation we decided to continue the partnership and involve them in our carpet replacement, trim work, painting, etc. The quality of the completed work was top notch. Each individual craftsman carried themselves professionally, completed the job quickly, and were incredibly reliable. Luke, our project manager, was very communicative, worked tirelessly with our insurance company to secure appropriate reimbursement for us, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I truly appreciate their support and effort during a situation that none of us want to go through. HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend ATP Restoration. Kyle, the project director for our house, was amazing to work with. He was proactive, responsive, and explained everything to me throughout the process. We had our roof completely replaced, and the work was done efficiently. The workers cleaned up the yard and driveway afterwards so well, as if it was their own home.

Recently we had some water damage to our main floor from an upstairs bathroom leak. ATP came out after the leak was fixed for the restoration. Luke and his team were incredible. Luke lined up everything from setting a storage unit up for our furniture, movers, ceiling repair, skimming the ceiling, someone to clean up all the dust from sanding, a painter, and carpet cleaner and every single step happened exactly as scheduled and with such professionalism. We cannot say enough great things about this company. Marteen did an amazing job on the ceiling and Gerold did an incredible job painting. We would 100% use ATP again if the need should arise.

I had my dishwasher leak in November of 22. Took forever to discover since it went under the flooring. I went thro my insurance who recommended ATP. I met with David soon after that. But we had to wait for the floor in the dining room to dry out (that took forever)! The water had damaged the hardwood flooring there. ATP ended up refinishing all my hardwood floors (they flowed together). They were so fast! Started on a Monday, moving out furniture and sanded. By Thursday they were done! Super impressed with how professional and polite the crew was! So very happy with how these floors look! FYI, they used a clear water based finish. Perfect!

ATP came to my house the very day of my deck fire with my insurance agent. I immediately liked and trusted Robert, so I hired them to restore my deck. As I needed to have the work finished so I could open my pool, they worked me into their busy schedule. Within seven days they were tearing down my deck and working nights until 7 PM . They finished in ten days! They cleaned up every night and worked continuously throughout the day, with only a short break for lunch. I can’t thank them enough, and recommend them highly. Their quality of work is unsurpassed. They built my deck back stronger than before! Robert was also very easy to communicate with, answering my texts within an hour, usually immediately.

CJ and David did an excellent job working with our insurance adjuster, giving us multiple options to chose from when direct replacements weren’t available, and their crew did a good job getting our home repaired in a timely manner.

Roberto and his team at ATP Restoration is INCREDIBLE. We could not have asked for more thorough, competent, kind, thoughtful service after our house fire. Our house looks and feels better than when we bought it. The damage from the fire completely gone, and Roberto and his team went above and beyond to make our house look more beautiful even though they didn't have to. They stained our bannister so it would look more like the floor of our house, even though they didn't have to. They came back after painting to get rid of all the bubbles on the wall. They did countless other things to make our lives easier, and provided detailed updates almost every week for 6 months as our house was being rebuilt. Roberto was available anytime we needed him, and his whole team could not have been more kind or responsive. We owe the beauty of our home and our peace of mind to Roberto and all the folks at ATP, and we cannot recommend him enough.

We had a neighbors tree fall on our house August 14 of 2022. David B came out did the estimate that very next morning. Everything went through insurance us and ATP. We had two holes in our room from branches and one interior hole in drywall. Ghosted until October or November had to call the owner nothing til December come to find out we signed a cancellation of work authorization. Got that straightened out. We were handed to Luke. What a great guy called, stopped by, explained some stuff to us. What a great guy Luke is he kept us in the loop every step couldn’t really ask for more from him! The work got done in I’d say a two week period ! They all did great since Luke took our account over! So if you’re looking for a GC type of company to restore, fix, or get it done give ATP a call you really can’t go wrong here

In mid-July, after an unprecedented 9 inches of rain fell in just a few hours, my sump pump burned out and my finished basement completely flooded. ATP to the rescue!

Their team responded immediately, got the water out, and had industrial dryers running the very same day. They efficiently tore out the ruined drywall and flooring to prevent further damage, and then guided me through the entire restoration process.

When it came time for restoration, I trusted ATP again — and they delivered. They rebuilt my finished basement with new flooring, drywall, paint, trim, and more. Not only did they bring the basement back like nothing ever happened, they also met a very tight deadline. My parents were coming to stay with us, and the basement is where they would be sleeping. ATP had everything done on time — and my parents couldn’t even tell that the basement had been flooded at all. If that isn’t a seal of approval, I don’t know what is.

Going through water damage is stressful, both emotionally and physically, but ATP made the process so much easier. From damage control to full restoration, they were professional, responsive, and outstanding at every step.

I can’t recommend ATP highly enough — you won’t be disappointed. While I sincerely hope I never need their services again (because I don’t want my basement flooding again!), if it ever happens, ATP will be my very first call.

Recently we had some water damage in our kitchen due to a dishwasher and our insurance company referred us to ATP. We have never dealt with this before but our project manager Luke with ATP made it easy and seamless! He updated us frequently, coordinated with all parties involved, and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The end results were better than what we originally had prior to the damage. We can’t thank ATP enough for helping us get back to a fully operating kitchen.

We were away and there was a break-in at our home, the criminals stole our entire HVAC from the basement, dragging it out thru the kitchen leaving a nice scratch across the entire floor. We submitted a claim to insurance and it was fortunately covered and they set us up with AJ as project manager. AJ was great, providing timely feedback/updates, organizing with HVAC, floor sanding/refinishing, and door frame installers. What could have been a major headache was more a minor inconvenience as AJ coordinated with the different groups throughout on our behalf, keeping our best interest in mind - including a cleanup to rid the house of the dust kicked up from sanding the floors (Dawn did an amazing job!). Very happy with how the project went and how quickly it was completed and would refer AJ and ATP to family and friends.

Our roof had held up well during all the hail and ice storms the past few years and not needed to be replaced. Due to an insurance policy change, we found ourselves having the roof checked again for possible replacement. Kendal did a great job of communnicating to us and our insurance company what he saw during his intial inspection of the roof and why he recommended a roof replacement, including recognizing that the shingles on the roof were no longer being manufactured so repairing part of the roof would look odd.

Kendal continued to be great to work with through the whole roof and gutter replacement project. He has always shared details and answered questions, even when i was very slow to respond to him. He has given us options and worked around my family of 6's busy schedule to make sure vehicles were available and we were not driving over nails. He even noticed some oil/fluid spots on the driveway and had them cleaned to make sure he left our driveway with no signs his crew had been there. I definitely recommend Kendal and ATP!

Six weeks ago the sewer line at my great grandmas house backed up bad. Got it fixed but definitely needed professionals to come in a clean/disinfect the area. My mom takes care of her and is trying to juggle two households. Tavokeyias crew came out the next afternoon and started right away cleaning and disinfecting. His crew was very respectful, professional, and kept her up to date on everything they were doing. He reassured my mom that he would make it as easy as possible and worked with her very busy schedule. We would highly recommend ATP to everyone we know.

We had a great experience with ATP Restoration after our basement flooded. Our basement was previously finished with carpet and tile, and the water damage meant everything had to be stripped down. Thankfully, we were connected with Luke, who helped guide us through the entire restoration process.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and did an amazing job coordinating with them. There were several delays and long waiting periods while hearing back from insurance, but Luke stayed persistent and was instrumental in making sure the insurance company ultimately paid their portion. His communication and dedication really took a lot of stress off our shoulders.

Once everything was approved, the restoration itself was very quick and efficient — it was completed within just a couple of days. The basement honestly looks even better now than it did before the water damage.
