They were prompt and did a great job. It was a small job but treated like bigger job. We would recommend Gutter Helmet if you want a superior product.

Zach Viter came out and was very professional. He explained everything to me and helped me to get the best rate. I am very happy with the service he provided and I think I am getting a good deal on the guttering and helmet.

Product is not performing as advertised. Customer service is terrible. A vicious cycle of phone tag and if you miss their call you have to start the cycle over again. I have been lied to and called a liar. After installation and product not working as advertised was told (after many attempts trying to get someone to call me back) that a technician came out even though I have cameras on my house and no one ever showed. After the woman on the phone called me a liar I was told someone would call me whitin 72 hours 5 days later no call.

I initially felt confident purchasing Gutter Helmet gutter guards through Costco, trusting their reputation for quality products. However, my experience has taken a drastic turn for the worse over the years. It seems the business has changed hands, and the service has plummeted accordingly. When reading older reviews, keep in mind that they might not reflect the current state of affairs.

Firstly, the so-called "lifetime warranty" is worthless. It's nothing more than a piece of paper with empty promises. The customer service is virtually non-existent. When you call, one of three frustrating things happens: (1) no one answers, (2) you're forced to leave a message, or (3) an answering service takes your information, and then you never hear back.

For weeks, I've been trying to get someone to clean my gutters, but my efforts have been in vain. Out of sheer frustration, I'm now planning to hire an independent contractor to do the job and pursue a small claims court action against Gutter Helmet. I doubt I'll be able to enforce the judgment, but I will make it public in the hope of warning others.

In summary, avoid Gutter Helmet at all costs. Their product and service have become a scam, and I hope my experience helps others steer clear of this company.

I am so pleased with my experience working with Andrew and his team in installing Gutter Helmet on my new home. They exceeded my expectations in completing the installation well ahead of the original schedule just in time before leaves started falling on my property. They were professional and courteous in announcing themselves upon arriving at my property and working to finish the job speedily. I am glad to recommend Gutter Helmet to my friends and colleagues as a must have for their homes.

I had my original Gutter Helmet gutter covers installed in 1999, after 20 years they were still working great and whenever a bird or squirrel got in, they would come out and service and repair the Gutter Helmet as needed. This year I had my roof, gutters and Gutter Helmet replaced do to hail damage. The Gutter Helmet Kansas City team was excellent in working with the roofer, scheduling the installation around the weather and everyone's work schedules. They have been on and working great for the last 3 months, so much so that I had Andrew and his team install them on my son's new home.
Way to go Andrew and the Gutter Helmet team! I recommend them to anyone wanting to stay off their ladder and stop worrying about cleaning your gutters!!!

We scheduled appointments with Gutter Helmet and two competitor's to compare services, quality of products and prices. Our Gutter Helmet salesman was so knowledgeable he throughly answered and of our questions and concerns. We thankfully chose Gutter Helmet and canceled our other appointments.
Follow up and communication was excellent. Scheduling the installation was convenient. The install team was on time and did a great job.

This company installed our Gutter Helmets in 2006. We have not had to clean our gutters since then but a tree limb fell on part of the gutter and it did not work as efficiently. It cost very little to have that portion of the gutter repaired and replaced. I highly recommend this company.

Debated for years on a gutter update. Our gutters were so full of debris from trees and wind and dirt. We didn't feel the need to climb a ladder any more. Made the call to Gutter Helmet. Explorer our options and chose the perfect color to look good with the house. Installation was very professional and cleanup was completed and gutters look amazing and match the house perfectly.

Salesman was knowledgeable and answered our concerns and didn't high pressure us. Installer was courteous and worked steadily. He cleaned up after installing, he corrected a problem in a valley.

A month ago we had gutter helmets and some new gutters and downspouts installed at our house. We were very pleased with workmanship and professionalism of the installers. They did exactly what we had signed up for. The men were excellent and we love the new appearance. So far even with heavy rain they seem to be working well.
