We had sewer line backup, and after mistakenly going with another company first. A1 was able to resolve my issue quickly without the expensive and invasive approach suggested by the other company. Kai was the technician that helped us out and he was professional from start to finish. Friendly and great communication - couldn’t recommend more highly.

Drew completed an exceptional job explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions while performing a very thorough hvac service. He's definitely an asset to A-1 HVAC.

A1 called on-time before sending a serviceman out. He did a thorough 1 1/2 hour inspection. We discussed his findings, he presented options and estimates for repairs. He was a total professional.

Jay Beal was our technician. He helped clear out a plumbing issue and was very thorough, informative, and professional. It is the second time I have had A1 septic for plumbing issues. Very helpful!

We are always pleased with our service from A-1. We have used them 3 times. All 3 times, we have had technicians who were caring, friendly and kind. We never have to call then to come out after they fix something because it's always done correctly the first time. Drew was our tech today and he was super friendly, caring and kind...a trademark of this company and its people. He was outstanding in all ways! Thank you, Drew!

Drew was our service technician for heating system regular maintenance. He was punctual and very polite. It was raining lightly when he arrived and he covered his shoes before he came in the house which I really appreaciated. Drew informed us of all that he would be doing and always asked if we had any questions. He took photos of all of the components that were serviced and let us know the working condition of them and anything that needed attention. He also answered a few questions we had about how our particular system functions. We look forward to seeing him again next fall!

Technicians Gene and Tucker did a great job installing the new furnace and AC. They were very efficient, helpful with instructions and questions, and cleaned up everything before they left.

The technician, Kannon, was prompt and very professional. Inspected my furnace and provided pictures of problem areas. Clearly explained the issues and offered a reasonable solution. I would recommend this company and this individual to my neighbors.

Cornelius did an excellent job explaining everything he found during his maintenance check that needed to be addressed and was able to help me narrow down what to focus on first.

I had an emergency situation at my house involving my 31 year old AC. A-1 HVAC did an incredible job replacing an AC unit that could not be repaired. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to restore my AC which I desperately needed due to health issues. It was a lot of money but they earned every cent. I would highly recommend this family owned business.
