A-1 HVAC

We had sewer line backup, and after mistakenly going with another company first. A1 was able to resolve my issue quickly without the expensive and invasive approach suggested by the other company. Kai was the technician that helped us out and he was professional from start to finish. Friendly and great communication - couldn’t recommend more highly.

A1 sent me a message saying they are offering a free furnace tune up / cleaning because I had some sewer work done by them previously. So I scheduled to have them come out and they told me that my furnace was busted and absolutely had to be replaced. They even tried saying the cooling system would need to be replaced with it without ever looking at the cooling system.

So I had another company come out and do a little cleaning on the unit (what A1 was supposed to do int the first place…) turns out the flame sensor was dirty and forcing the machine to shut off. With a quick clean of the sensor the unit is now functioning properly again.

Do not use A1 HVAC for any services whatsoever. They will not have your best interests in mind, rather they will say whatever they can to talk you into financing an entire new HVAC system.

This is a completely unethical and unprofessional company. Stay away from them, there are tons of other hvac companies that are HONEST unlike A1.

Drew completed an exceptional job explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions while performing a very thorough hvac service. He's definitely an asset to A-1 HVAC.
