Awesome experience! The receptionist Sydney was kind and so helpful and had someone at my house in just over an hour. Tony the plumber was so kind and explained everything to me. He was finished in less than an hour and only charged me $99.50 for what would have been much more had I gone with another company. He even cleaned up the mess that the backed up drain had made prior to him coming which was so considerate! I truly cannot say enough kind words about him and will only use this company in the future!

James did our rough-in for a future basement bathroom and also helped remodel our main bathroom. The attention to detail was impressive and he did everything he could to help us understand our plumbing system. He even used color coded water lines so we could easily identify and describe any issues we may run into down the line. The quality is great, pricing was very competitive and he took the time to explain the project in a way we understand. Will be calling back when we are ready to rough-in our master bathroom!

Mr.Plumber is one of the worst companies you could imagine. They came to do work at my grandmothers home, charged an obscene amount of money, even though we had the materials for the said issue, and she is still having the same issue. He removed the trap which he said was the problem. Basically tore the entire floor and wall out, removed the toilet, and there is still water coming through the floor. Now Aaron convinced my grandma that, after he did this work, there would be no more issues. The problem still exists. We have been calling them all week to resolve the problem they didn’t fix in the first place, and now want to charge my grandmother an extra two grand for something that was supposed to be fixed. My grandmothers house in unsafe unsanitary conditions. You can’t take a shower, can’t flush the toilets, cant wash the dishes or anything. The same issues she was having from the beginning. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND MOST DEFINITELY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY. ITS DEFINITELY ASAME FOR THIS TO BE GOING ON FOR OVER A WEEK TO NO AVAIL. They now leave me with no choice but to file a complaint with the attorney general office, the EEOC to get this resolved. When it shouldn’t even have come to this.
