We highly recommended KC Pier. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the sales process. He did a great job of answering all of our foundation questions. Very professional and experienced organization. We had selected three (3) companies to give us an estimate on our basement prior to putting our house on the market to sell. Two (2) of the companies gave us estimates for columns or fiberglass straps and excavating around the foundation walls. Eric looked at the basement walls and told us there is very minimal movement and extreme measures weren't necessary. His two (2) man crew came in and provided epoxy sealant in the wall cracks. It took less than half a day and they did an excellent job. Eric also recommended using KC Realty Group for the sale of our house. Using them and KC Property Guys all our construction needs were taken care of and incorporated into the sale of the house, with only a small deposit down for the basement work. Our house sold and the whole process went very smoothly. This was fantastic! We highly recommend them.

KC Pier did a tremendous job on my foundation from day one. The whole crew worked diligently and stayed until the job was done. They were all courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning around the work area. I highly recommend Brian and his crew from KC Pier for all the extra work they did to complete the job on my foundation. Thanks to all for a job well done.
