Have used their service for snow removal, yard clean up and mulching for several years. Always leave the yard looking great. Great to work with and very dependable. Very happy with the work they do and will continue to use their services.

Arrived on time and organized. Dove right in and completed 100 ft of privacy fence in 8 hours. Walked the fence line and tidied any mess. Very impressed with this company. We will definitely use them again when needed.

Outstanding service. Removed an unnecessary ice maker water line to facilitate delivery of a new refrigerator. They explained what they needed to do, took care of it, and left no mess. They were both all around good guys too. Would not hesitate to utilize Eck Services again, and will.

Jordan was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable while working on our dryer plug. Not only that, but he identified the problem quickly, explained to me what happened and how, looked at work previously done by a past electrician to make sure it was up to par, and left everything looking better than it did when he arrived. It was a pleasure to meet him, and I'll be suggesting him and your company anytime someone here in Caldwell is looking for an electrician or plumber. 10/10 will definitely call again.

I hesitated to leave a review because Derek was fine, polite and professional - however wrong. Cost me $ 1,400 to have sewer work and did fix one problem but not what I called for in the first place. Diagnostic was complete failure and it wasn't. Stoppage at the end, not failure. Called small excavator, dug out end and cleared. So all the time and money spent getting to proper direction was for not.
2" in floor line and air vents were what I called for specifically weren't even addressed and I couldn't proceed because the cost was already to high.

Our technicians were very courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done in a couple hours.

Spencer is very polite and explains everything and knows what he is doing and he doesn't waste time and always picks up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone for his help.

Spencer and Konnely tuned up my old (9 yrs) ac unit. It wasn't cooling properly. They added refrigerant and cleaned the condenser. Showed me how to properly change the filter. It's working right again! They are the best! CW. 12/1/25 Spencer was here and inspected the heating system. He showed me that it is working well and we put in my fresh filter. I'm so very happy with Eck and there technicians, always professional knowledgeable and polite. I recommend the yearly maintenance plan, keeps everything running smooth! Derrick Dent was knowledgeable and efficient in his diagnosis and completion of the hot water tank completion.

I give Geoffrey a 5 start, he was a pleasure to work with, very professional and patient with us as we were fixing plumbing issues. We seem to have had several issues we are trying to fix once discovered. The price for services is high, this and constantly finding issues that were supposed to be fixed are my biggest complaints.

Geoffrey was prompt in coming out during the snow and did everything he could to get us up and going even though the issue was on the city side of the sewer lines. 10/10 service!

Heating system was working part time then was only blowing cool air with home temp dropped in evening. Service man found problem, repaired it, and furnace is working properly now.

Chad did a very good job, they were nice and friendly. And ask questions if they needed an answer. And changed things to make it better if needed.
