Called to request a plumbing job and Miss Ashley is a very rude person. Mind me telling you she hangs up and doesn’t let you explain. If this is the person who picked up the phone don’t want to imagine the other employees personality’s.

Zack and Mark worked on our system and were so great about communicating what was happening, cleaning up after themselves and even painting where they replaced the thermostat! Great customer service, highly recommend.

He took the time to explain the AC mechanical lingo and guided me through the buying process OVER THE PHONE! His talented crew was out at the house just a few days later to install the new system. First and foremost, if you just moved to Larned or the surrounding area- DO NOT CALL IKE SHAVERS FOR YOUR NEEDS. After several visits to my home and some very shady business practices by them, we opted to call Comfort Systems.
From the first answer of my phonecall, I was at ease. So professional and KIND!! Every single person I've met from this company, ROCKS! They assess the issue, discuss the options with you and then complete the job. Quickly too, I might add! They have really helped us, and provided good advice for our equipment inside the house, as well as some of the pipes leading away from our home.

I had an issue with my main sewer line backing up ,called comfort systems and they were out there within 30 minutes. Bill and Kevin did an awesome job. make sure you tell me exactly what they were gonna do and what they found when they cleared out The sewer line. I will refer them to anyone that asks for plumbing or heating since I use comfort systems for both. You can’t go wrong. They’re the best in town.

We recently had Comfort Systems complete several jobs for us at our house. Our hot water heater was replaced, sewage line backed up and was cleared, sewage line clean-outs installed, and an old model bake oven heating element replaced.
