I have hired KC Pier twice now, once for a perimeter drain install with a sump pump in our sub-basement and now for a completely re-done perimeter drain around the back of our house which struggles with negative grade toward the house from living on a hill, and fill a foundation wall crack which had reopened. Highly recommend KC Pier as they communicate well, explain things thoroughly, and deliver results (my sub-basement hasn't seen water since the install).

I recently had work done on the basement of my home by KC Pier due to water leaks. Specifically, I had an internal drain system installed on 2 walls of my basement, as well as external waterproofing on a third wall, along with repairs to our bowed wall and new sump pumps installed. The quoting process was great. I was explained in detail and in a way I could understand the issues with my basement and how to address the issues and was provided with multiple options at different price points. The crew was also great. They were on time and called ahead each day before arriving. The foreman walked me through the progress of the project each day and they finished on time as well. There were no additional cost surprises, the project stayed on budget, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up on their last day. I would highly recommend KC Pier to anyone looking for a quality foundation company.

Steve of KC Pier installed our Radon evacuation system. We had an extra thick slab, but he went the extra mile to make sure that he cut all the way through it. None the less, he was able to install the piping in the least intrusive configuration. KC Pier was very responsive and we appreciate their professional installation of our system.
