I recently had Dunco replace my HVAC. I’ve used Dunco for many years, they have great employees. Quinn & Chris did an excellent job installing everything & took the time to answer any questions I had. Erick gave me a great proposal so I could replace my 24 year old units. I appreciate the heads up from Quinn, when they were on their way & it was nice to see Erick & Larry, their manager drop by to offer their help. Many Thanks to all of you!

We have used Dunco Heating for three houses over the years. The service folks are always very pleasant, friendly and professional. They explained exactly what the problem was in each case. They explained the pros and cons of updating our system. The quote seemed reasonable. They quickly installed the new system within a few days. We are very happy with their work.

Ever since their merger with Anthony things have gone downhill fast. I never receive anymore calls to setup ac or furnace service like they used to. They scrapped the annual maintenance plan for ac / furnace and offer an inflated cost plan for services I won't use. It's really sad because the old Dunco was a really good and solid company here in Lawrence.

I have used Dunco Heating for 30 years. During that time, I have realized that I consider them as experts and friends. I can count on them to provide honest and knowledgeable service. Dunco's prices are reasonable. When I need something custom, they will go to the effort needed so that I get what I want. Dunco truly cares about their clients.

The service was complete but filled with sales tactics. They offer a 10% discount if you subscribe to their monthly subscription, but they purposely make it really hard to cancel when you try to cancel.

They used to be great but have been nothing but higher prices and pushy sales tactics ever since the merger.

Have been a customer of Dunco for over 10 years. During that time have had outstanding service, However since Anthony took over, its a lousy run organization. Insist on monthly subscription instead of annual contract. Then constant stream of email and phone calls offering "free" electrical and plumbing checkups. Have been waiting 2 days for A/C tuneup and all I get is it's scheduled and they will be here. I will now cancel their "subscription" and get future service from a dependable and reputable company. This service already paid for or I would cancel it, assuming they even show up this week.

We are very happy with the service from Cloud Heating & AC. We've had Jacob A. as our service specialist several times over the last couple of years and he's always very friendly, professional, and efficient. The company is fast to schedule, prices are competitive, and most importantly, it keeps our systems operating. Definitely recommend.

I would recommend to anyone they contact Cloud for their needs. I scheduled routine maintenance and thought Zach French was professional and thorough.

We have used Cloud for many years on rental property and our own home. Most recently in the midst of the summer heat, our air conditioner went out. This happened on a Sunday and on Monday. The service specialist , Zach French was here and had us back up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly!
We would highly recommend this company and this service specialist.

We purchased an older home that has a trane hvac system installed. A record of service from Cloud heating and air was posted on the side of the unit. It was serviced annually spring and fall since they installed it in 2009 and never gave it a second thought… until the AC went out on one of the hottest times of the year. Gave them a call and they sent Zach French out to inspect. He was knowledgeable professional and gave us some budget friendly options to get us up and running again. I will definitely use Cloud over and over again and ask for Zach French as our service tech!

As always we are very happy with our maintenance service from Cloud! Zach French was exactly on time this morning and he was very efficient and got his job done quickly, but he also took the time I needed for him to explain anything I needed to know about what needed to be done. Zach was very friendly! He was respectful of my property and even engaged gently with my cat ☺️

Zach French did an amazing job getting our AC back working even working way past closing time! We definitely appreciate his service!

We have had Cloud service our furnace and air conditioner for almost 20 years. Absolutely love them. Appointment coordinator is friendly and easy to book with and technicians are friendly, on time, and respectful of our property. We’ve never had a bad technician - they have all been super knowledgeable and skilled. Zach French, in particular, is a super nice guy with attention to detail, and he gave us a thorough rundown of our systems! We feel like we are in great hands with Cloud and would highly recommend them any day of the week!

Trenton Snyder was here this morning to inspect my furnace and humidifier. He was on time , very efficient , showed me how to adjust my humidifier and answered my questions.
I appreciated his expertise.
