My views of the company and its management have drastically changed since my previous review two years ago.

Perhaps if your company is on your vehicle, you should not drive like a nut. Tailgating, weaving in and out of traffic, and on his phone.

This company purchases contractors and lowers wages and prices to operate like the walmarts of the world. If you are looking to gentrify your local area to make a corporation in kansas city richer then look no further.

P1 as contracted by the campus administrators where we lease business space to perform some much needed HVAC work.

They kicked the project off with a very informative meeting in which they provided valuable Q&A to all the tenants.

Working nights and weekends, ahead of schedule, the improvements to our comfort level have been profound.

Previously, if one desired to host a meeting in a conference room during the winter months, part of the planning included tasking someone to ensure a space heater was turned on several hours in advance. Our tech workers are in an open space and while wearing a coat helped, it did not prevent numb fingers.

Speaking with the other tenants, the response to the improvement in our heating and cooling consistency is unanimously positive.

Each member of the P1 team, from top to bottom, went out of their way to facilitate communications, alert us to issues, and bent over backwards to assist us with any issues as they arose.

Any kind of undertaking of this nature, within a continuously occupied structure housing tenants with diverse needs, is going to be a complicated affair. We are both impressed and quite satisfied with our results in this case.

P1 is a great partner to work with. They have extremely knowledgeable and hardworking employees that help make any project run as smooth as possible.

I've not used their services, but just had one of their trucks crawl up within inches of my bumper because 9 over the speed limit wasn't fast enough for him. Then watching him swerve back and forth between me and the car next to me, pissed because I wasn't passing fast enough for him. Hope this driver does better in the future.
