Had Teague Electric out today and had a great experience. Michael Hetchler was our service provider. He was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. Was here when he said he would be and really knows his stuff. Very appreciative he came out same day.

Teague Electric was fantastic! Completed lighting project with 28 LED wafer lights. On time, on budget, professionally finished. Brandon C. understood what I wanted, very responsive. We have used Teague for a while now. We have been very satisfied with their work. The time before the most recent work the electrician did a lot of work. He was conscientious in trying to fix the problem. Since he did not have time to completely finish the work , he said he could come back.

He was helpful and did a good job. But there was one outlet that continued to malfunction after he left. So we scheduled another visit. This time, the electrician did quite a bit of trouble shooting and eventually found a solution. He explained what he did and the issue was resolved except for one minor problem (ceiling fan) that required a non electrical part, if I understood correctly.

When he was finished, my daughter asked him about the charges for the trip. She reminded him that he had had to complete something that was to have been done the previous visit and we should.not have to pay twice for the same work. Apparently, he agreed and did not give her a bill.

I was pleasantly surprised because I have dealt with companies that would still charge you even if was not done right or complete the first time. This was the appropriate thing to do, both from a business and ethical standpoint. I appreciate that and will remember that next time we need electrical work. There likely will be future work and this is something any customer remembers and appreciates.

Mike came out this morning to assess a situation we have. He was very professional, made some good recommendations and made sure our home is safe. Would definitely use Teague again!

I requested an estimate to install two heaters on my screen porch. They responded promptly and had someone out within a week. They followed up with an estimate the same day. I accepted and was contacted to schedule an installation date. It was a few weeks out, but I wasn’t in a rush. Two electricians arrived and had the heaters installed and wired in one day. One electrician came the following day to complete the programming. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Would recommend them for their services.

Puna came out right on time as scheduled. He identified the problems that we were having quickly, he offered solutions with accurate estimates, and he professional fixed multiple problem areas. The work was high quality and priced fairly. I will be using this service again, and I would recommend them to other customers.

Outstanding work and competitive pricing! Michael H. Installed a 240V and 120V outlet in my garage for charging and other projects. It required extended time and expertise to do the work from my electrical panel. He did a precise and thorough job in placement of the outlets and went above and beyond the scope to place one outlet closer to my garage door for charging. Very much appreciated his explanation of options and quality work. Will use this company again for future work.

Michael did a very thorough electrical inspection of our central panel, circuit breakers, components, plugs, smoke detectors, receptacles, GFI’s etc. He later emailed us with several options we could choose from according to our priorities and budget. He was very considerate, personable, and professional. He made sure he answered all of our questions, explaining the replies In an understandable way. We would highly recommend him!
