We did our "Welcome Home" walkthrough with Michael today. He was extremely thorough and patient, as we had many questions.
The entire process went very smoothly. We were given great suggestions along with multiple points of contact should any issue arise after taking puossession.

The best builder in town anyone could ask for. Kudo to Michael Matthews who guide us from the get-go. The Welcome tour is excellent. The details presented is not only thorough but also very helpful in the next few months or years. Thank you to Jimmy and Brent who also presented to answer all the questions we had. I love my new home . It is well built and has everything I wanted or needed I think the neighborhood will be beautiful once all the landscaping is done

It is pretty convenient to stores,post office and banks via Shawnee Mission Parkway . Everyone is very friendly and very helpful, I couldn't ask for anyplace better.

Marlene was incredibly helpful and patient in helping us find the perfect home. Very flexible and had (or quickly found) all the answers to our questions. Would recommend working with her and Arise!

Arise Homes are the best! My brother was getting ready to retire and move into his new Arise Home, but he unexpectedly passed away. Marlene Arizmendi-Selock and her team were so kind in helping me with what needed to be done. Arise Homes are dedicated and go above and beyond the call of duty. I was treated as family and I am ever so grateful for them!
