I had team #2 Bobbie and the rest of the team. They did a wonderful job cleaning. I had removed some oriental rugs and the backing was stuck to the floor. We got it all up and floors look great! So did the rest of the house!

Love Mini Maid! They always do a great job. We had Team 2 with Tatiana, Corey and Shannon and they were amazing. Very nice and do excellent work.

We have been using Mini Maid service for a few years now, and we have always been pleased with their cleaning and efficiency. They come to our home during the time period they say they will be here. They also frequently request feedback on their service. When i have special requests, they address them.

I've been meaning to write this review for several weeks now. I guess my delay has its advantages for purposes of the review helping others: We've been using Mini Maid for a few months now and each week has been consistently excellent in both the cleaning itself and the delivery of the service. Angelica, Dora, Maria, Stephanie, and other members of Mini Maid Team #1 are just that--Number 1! We highly recommend asking for them.

Mini Maid also has worked with us the couple times we needed to get off the normal Friday weekly routine due to travel and other events and the other teams have been consistent with our Team #1. We just like our normal team, on our normal day, best.

They also do a great job with doing a special extra-cleaning project when needed (like recently our range hood--which WAS kind of gross. Now it's not.) or giving extra attention to ceiling fans or baseboards, for example, when we ask. They are always prompt. Be prepared, too, that if you need to do your decluttering ahead of their arrival, that in our case, they usually come near the beginning of the given time range. That is only a minor challenge sometimes and due only to our own tendency to be behind in the AMs AND our preference for having our cleaning on Friday mornings. That being said, they always call a day ahead to confirm the arrival window and have been super about accommodating if we need to adjust to later in the morning or even midday (and yet they still always get us taken care of that same day, usually with our same team).

We simply wonder each week why we waited so long to do this. TG(& Mini Maid)IF!!

We hired them a couple of times to clean the house when we were selling it. To sell a house, it needs to look AMAZING and be VERY clean. They did an excellent job. There was only one time where we had to call them to come back and re-mop the floor in the basement. If you have hard wood floors they don't want to ruin them, and will only use a chemical cleaner if you provide it. I think they didn't see our bottle of cleaner that time, but they were very polite in coming back and re-mopping. Appreciate the detail and care they showed during cleaning!

My very picky husband is thrilled with the job Team 2 does on our house. The wood floors look like brand new. Everything is spotless. I highly recommend Mini Maids of Johnson County.

We have used Mini Maids Of Johnson County for about ten years. I have a lot of kids, so sometimes my house is not picked up for the house keepers, and that's ok. They pile the stuff up in a corner and continue to clean. They always send over nice people and I have never had a problem with any of them. I highly recommend Mini Maids for busy families.

Team 2 is awesome, they do an excellent job. They are so good and kind at what they do. My house looks great when they finish cleaning.

This is now for my Dad Ralph Alexander - Team 2 cleaned his house and they did an excellent job . Now, he requests team two all the time. He also gives them a five star.

Mini Maid did a great job cleaning my new home before I moved in. There were some spots that still had some dust bunnies in the nook and crannies but Pam at the office was very helpful and courteous to me every time I spoke to her on the phone. I also had my carpets cleaned and they did a very good job on the carpets. I will call Mini Maid to clean my home again.

I used Mini Maid of Johnson County quite a few times for my cleaning needs and they always left my house is great condition and sparkling clean. The maids were always friendly and the office was always responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used Mini Maid for 18 months. They are always on time, efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. They are very flexible if you need to adjust the schedule. The admin staff is very pleasant and always calls the day before your scheduled cleaning to let you know when the crew will arrive.

I have had a few different crews clean for me, but Dora and her crew (sorry, i forgot their names) have far exceededexpectations. I am unable to do a lot with my current health and I was also sick for awhile so there was extra work. She and her crew not only did that extra cleaning, but went above and beyond and did things they were not required to do. I have requested her and her crew to be my regular crew, but I also hope they can get recognized for their excellent service. Thank you Dora and your crew.
