Great service, highly recommended. The owner came though for me with snow removal for my driveway and steps last month when I was in need of help to be able to be sure I could get out for a medical appointment. Hire with confidence.

Randy did an excellent job mowing and edging our lawn. He was helpful and listened to what I needed to have done. I would recommend him for your lawn service.

Randy is awesome. He cuts my grass and has done multiple big projects for me, including all new landscaping in the front of my house which my wife and I love. I would highly recommend Randy's Lawn Service.

After placing an online bulk order for mulch and soil, I was disappointed to find out today that the free delivery for the bulk order is not actually free at all. It would have been simple and helpful to have stated this on the site at the time of my order. Instead, I ended up scaling back my order to the minimum and will get the rest of what I need as well as the $300+ worth of trees and shrubs that I intended to purchase from Suburban this weekend elsewhere.

I usually love shopping here. I had a 15 gallon tree ($150) ready to purchase and pay for planting(another $120) , but was told they were understaffed and currently not offering planting service. All of the signs still have the planted price. Change your signs and save me my time or hire some more personnel. There are lots of people looking for jobs these days b

Not bad at all. It has to be one of the largest outdoor project/landscaping/gardening stores I've been to. They have just about everything you could need - mychorryza, stones, compost, trees, shrubs, you name it. The prices are fairly reasonable (this is not Walmart folks) with pretty great sales. They let my 3 year old take a few little rocks he liked and that was Uber cool. Nice people. :)

First time shopping here, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is staffed with a bunch of helpful people. I didn't expext to be in and out in 5 minutes with what I needed, let alone with such a good impression. 10/10 will shop again.

Suburban is our go to for all landscaping needs. They have an amazing selection of native and non-native plants. Along with that they are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable with all my questions. Their variety of stone and bricks makes them hands down the only place you will ever need to go to improve any landscape project.

Only had to call the location 3 times the day I was supposed to receive my my mulch delivery before they realized they hadn't processed the paperwork. At 3PM they then processed the order and got it out for delivery. Took a day off work and mulch did not arrive until after 4:30 PM. Just figured it may help other customers to be aware of this possible issue when scheduling delivery. Otherwise great company and product.

I love this place but some sales staff seem disconnected from other areas within the store. You have to find a pond person for pond plants and a butterfly person for butterfly gardens, etc. Also watch the signs carefully because the cashiers seem unaware of which plants fall under which price range. The choice of plants is outstanding.

Great place for trees. Delivery and installation of large trees makes this a must pick stone. The quality of all their flowers and shrubs is superior.

They have good product at decent prices but customer service is lacking. I ordered rock online, they said it was ready but they t wasn’t when I arrived. The employees in the yard were not friendly at all. Had to wait 30 mins to get it loaded. It’s a love hate relationship.

It's a fantastic place to buy plants and flowers! The staff was knowledgeable and very willing to help. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because the lines to check out were SO long and took so much time to get through. That was the only drawback.
***(I have not been there during the week. However, I heard that it isn't as busy during then.)

Jessica T.'s service was excellent! She helped us find the right deciduous/evergreen trees, while also taking the time to explain everything about the trees and their unique characteristics. We bought 7 trees, really great experience, and we will definitely come back.

We placed a web site order that said our order would be complete after we were contacted for payment and scheduling, within 24 hours. We kept our phone with us constantly. the next day we called to ensure our order was going to get scheduled as we had scheduled help and bought plants for the weekend, but needed to ensure delivery.
The person on the phone said she knew nothing about our order but would be glad to take the order over the phone. So we went through the process of relaying what we had ordered.
She said she would check with the boss and call us back. Why?
Why couldn't our order be paid and scheduled right then?
we were frustrated but said okay. No one ever called back. After we got off work it was too late and knew we would not get an order by the weekend.
So we sit here with no help and plants wilting on our front porch. We will not try to order again from this place.

Sandy from this location reached out to me. Her customer service skills are top-notch. Obviously they care what their customer’s think and they care about the products they sell. Indoor palms have two-spotted spider mites - there are also no refunds or returns for their tropical plants. That was a $200 lesson for not looking closely enough at my purchase before checking out. I won’t buy any more indoor plants from them - and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either - but I do like their other indoor/outdoor decor and gardening items. Employees are friendly and it’s definitely a fun place to check out.

Kellea helped us change an order from delivery to planting and it took awhile (not her fault) and there were several associates also involved. Kellea was so patient and thorough with us and all the different faucets of this complicated transaction. She made sure we understood everything with amazing grace and kindness. It is not often you actually come across a truly caring person in customer service any more these days. Thank you Kellea for your wonderful help!!
