Extremely unprofessional. The sales person even hung up on me upset since I was not able to meet for a quote. Would not recommend.

Someone from this office called my 5 times and was rude on the phone. When I asked him NOT to call me again, he said, "So you want me to call you back?" If they are THIS unprofessional on the phone can you imagine the kind of service you would get from their cleaning crews?

The number that was calling me was from Denver and not Lenexa. I do want to make that clear...

Later.... the manager from the call center called to tell me that the rep who was rude was being fired. He wanted to express that this is not the way the company operates and thanked me for my feedback. I always say it's not the mistakes you make sometimes, but the way you handle them. I added a few more stars for the way they handled this situation.

Stratus has been our contracted cleaner for many years and we throughly appreciate all they have done for our venue. Our contracted cleaner is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond every time he's here. And they are so much more than a cleaning service. Our contracted cleaner helps with special work for events and has proven to be a life saver! We love working with Stratus and look forward to continuing the relationship we have formed with them over the years.

Amazing service! Extremely accommodating, even down to the scent of the cleaner used! She arrives on time and our clubhouse looks, and smells, great! Very open to suggestions on specific unit cleans.

Wilmer and Lily and their crew did a fantastic job on some high dusting for my restaurant. We have a pretty large location downtown with really high ceilings and there is a lot of attention to detail and they went above and beyond and even cleaned things we didn't even ask them to clean! On top of that they were friendly, professional and you could tell they actually care about the job they are doing! We will be using them moving forward and I highly recommend using them for any cleaning service you need!

Carlos & Paola do a wonderful job cleaning our commercial office/warehouse in Olathe. It is so nice to show up Monday morning to a clean building. They do a great job on the restrooms. Just an absolute pleasure to work with. They sincerely care about their work, their customer and their reputation. I hope they will continue to clean our building for many years to come. Having Stratus Building Solutions take care of our office cleaning for the past many years has been a sense of relief for our small family business. In the past several years we've been lucky enough to work with Stratus there has only been one employee change and we were visited personally to meet our new cleaner and ensure we were comfortable with the fit.
Delia has only been with us for a few short months, but has already met our expectations and sometimes beyond, by keeping us informed with our cleaning detail and takes initiative to request a cleaning item that would help her do a better job with her weekly cleaning.

I have been working with Unlimited Building Maintenance in the Kansas City metro area for many years. They are far and above the best for floor maintenance for any type of flooring. They also are a very reliable building janitorial contractor. Their pricing is competitive and their work is reliable.
