My wife had been out of town for a month taking care of her mom and a day before she was due back in town, I panicked as the house was "a bit dusty". So I called Pam and MM and she has a crew at my front door the following day...and this is in the midst of the snow craziness. Elissa and her cleaning team did an outstanding job. My wife was thoroughly impressed when she walked into a sparkling clean house. Thanks Pam, Elissa and team for having this husband's back!

5 stars isn't enough. I called one night to have my vents cleaned. They had an opening the very next day and was able to fit us in. They arrived right on time and was very efficient. Dave and Nolan work well as a team and they both are knowledgeable about the service they provide. They are also just class acts, easy to talk to and very professional. Gleam Team came today to clean the carpets in my house. I have two puppies that are going through potty training, and two cats that are not happy about the additions to the family. The guys did an absolutely amazing job! They were so thorough and detailed. My house smells wonderful and the carpets look fantastic 😍. I will absolutely use their services again. The carpets are cleaner than they've been since we bought our home. Dave and Nolan both were very professional and worked hard to make certain spots were removed. Our puppies have never pottied in the house but we had company that their pets did and the stains are completely gone. They even were able to lighten darkened areas left from the last homeowners. We will definitely be having them clean our carpets again. Fantastic job! They cleaned a rug upon request for a very reasonable price. We are happy customers!

I am using the cleaning service bi-weekly and I just had our carpets done. Simply put AMAZING. Great customer service from the beginning message. Willing to blend me in their schedule without any fuss. I am contacted each time someone is coming and then again a few minutes before arrival! Very pleased with Gleam. Arrived on time, were very friendly and polite, and really did a good job on the carpets. They look so much better than they did before the cleaning and they managed to tackle some stains that other people had told me were impossible to clean.
