You are awesome. Defiently went above and beyond, Professional, clean, very knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure I clearly understood ever step, remained pleasant start to finish..( thanks for being patient with me lol, ) and taking time to answer all my questions, and show me the issues that needs attention/repaired. Skylar and Harmony made a new friend .

This service call was a bit of a nightmare. Nothing was working out or going as planned. What saved it from being a total disaster was Aldo. Through it all, Aldo was extremely professional. He wasn’t rattled. He communicated what he was dealing with and how he wanted to proceed. He cleaned up after himself. He was true to his word. He was all the little things that elevate a service experience. 5 stars for Aldo.
