Os came out today to do our regular furnace and AC inspection. Very professional, friendly, and efficient with the work done!! 5 stars and happy to have him back any time.

Oswaldo came out this morning. He was AWESOME! He started by asking us to explain everything starting w the AC freezing up yesterday when it was over 100 degree heat index. We thought we needed free-on. However Oswaldo ran diagnostics and checked everything thoroughly. Nothing leaking nor nothing broken. Turned out we were using a filter that restricted too much air flow and caused unit to freeze up! Also, Nethia, who answered the phone during hours was very thorough, and kind and helped each time I called to make sure we were getting sent the right kind of serviceman, which was OS!!!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and thorough!

OS did a thorough job of checking the AC equipment and explaining what he found. The unit is very old and not worth doing the needed repairs. He connected me with a representative who came out within an hour to quote on a replacement system

In the midst of a heat wave, our AC stopped working. I called Bob Hamilton after hours and their technician, Oswaldo, was here the following morning! Os was very thorough in his diagnosis and took the time to explain everything. He is so knowledgeable and we really appreciated his guidance. We hope the next time there’s an issue (knock on wood), they send Os again!

Os was pleasant, graciously answered my questions and left everything neat and clean. Hamilton is fortunate to have him. He's serviced my house several times in the past and is the reason I continued to renew with this company.

Os was very knowledgeable about his craft. He actually showed me how the furnace worked! He was also very kind and friendly! I told him if I ever needed anything from Bob Hamilton I would definitely ask for him!

Jeffrey Benson was a terrific technician for our frozen pipe issue! Quickly identified the problem area, was able to pinpoint it, applied heat and we had running water in short order! Offered great advice to prevent it happening in the future! Thanks, Jeff! 🙏

Os is the best! He took his time and checked both of our units and fixed an issue on our furnace. He always goes above and beyond. Thanks Os we are lucky to have you as our technician😊

My furnace needed repaired so I hopped on Google and searched for a repairman. I read reviews for at least a dozen companies. After reading all of the positive reviews for the technician, Oswaldo, I decided to call Hamilton and scheduled for Oswaldo to come take a look.

Oswaldo showed up on time, and he conducted himself with the utmost respect and courtesy. He properly diagnosed the issue with my furnace within 15 seconds of looking at it, and he had it fixed within 10 minutes. He is truly a standup guy and excellent repair technician, and I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks Oswaldo!

In addition, the cost of the repair was reasonable, and the receptionist I spoke to for scheduling was polite and made scheduling very simple. Thanks Hamilton!

Os was professional and did and great job. He arrived quickly and was able to troubleshoot and diagnose and repair the issue within 24 hours. I will use Bob Hamilton and Os again for any HVAC repairs needs.Os even gave advice on how to protect my units in the future.

The service tech Oz was so thorough and knowledgeable, I really appreciated the work he did and the advice on keeping our unit running properly. He is so great, had him out again for season maintenance and he is thorough and informative!! We trust Oz

Mr. OS was an amazing technician! He really took the time to hear my description of our AC issues even though I didn’t know the best way to convey everything. He made me feel comfortable and didn’t once make me feel embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. He took the time to check ALL components and really confirm the extent of REQUIRED repairs vs. optional. If I ever need someone back out for an issue I will be requesting him!

Oswaldo was a real professional. 10/10. He was just here for a checkup but took the time to work on some preventative maintenance which I’m sure will save me thousands in the long run. And also helped out in areas where he wasn’t required to. Great service

Our HVAC Os was so nice. He was very thorough while checking our system. He was prompted and quickly answered all my questions and concerns about our system professionally. I would highly recommend him.

Oswaldo was professional, wore boot covers even when I told him it wasn’t necessary, explained everything he was doing and what to expect after fixing my a/c unit. Oswaldo is remarkable...diagnosed it immediately. Knows his industry and exudes trust. I've trusted Hamilton for years... my last system that I bought from them I was living in a nursing home for three months... following a major disability. They gave me a good deal and I had their service techs install the system when I was not even living in the home. This time I was so glad that I was a service partner so they came immediately.
